Based on the first video, I'd say it's got some slick animation. Neat perspective effects, that with the psychadelic stuff going on with Hisoka. It looks slightly like Naruto, hard to tell.

I like this anime for the most part because it's not like the rest of the shonen where the main character always gets a power up to kill the bad guy (at least until the last arc...)

Hmm, I'd argue Fullmetal Bro-hood and Bebop being the best that has come out of Japan alongside Miyazaki so far. Although, this one might hold promise.
