Please, has anyone else had this issue - I recently bought Dragon Age Inquisition for Xbox360, and when starting a new game it can't find My DA2 save files. I went to the Dragon Age Keep to sync my files but it can't find any of my Warden's or Hawke's. It found that i had played the game, but can't find any of my saves. please help.

Sounds like it may be the same issue I ran in to.  You could always check it.  Go to Bioware's old site:

Under My Games select Dragon Age Origins

Above your picture you should see Profile Diagnostics and Screenshots.  Select Profile Diagnostics

Look at the On-Line Storage Summary.  Check the number of files.  Max number of files you can upload is 50.  Characters take up 4 spots when uploaded so make sure you have that available.

Another lesser concern is check the amount of space used.  Make sure that the 100 megs of storage you have isn't filled up.  Still baffled at how one could do that with characters and screenshots with the 50 max file limit though.

 

Almost forgot to mention it.  If you have reached your max file size, which it likely is, then delete any screenshots you don't want anymore as well as any character upload with less than 4 files.  As I said a complete character upload is 4 files.  Then just log in to your characters and they should show up.  May have to re-save each character if they don't show up by just logging in to them.

 

I have no idea how or even if this can be accessed from the new site although if it can be accessed from the new site I would really like to know.  At any rate this is a good place to start.

This isn't important for Inquisition though. All it uploads to the keep is a little picture of your characters, and what race/gender/class they are.
You can always select one of the default heroes that match the class, etc, of your heroes.
