Really? I don't see it as a kill hog. I do this because I don't have time to waste, if I could solo from level one to 20 I would but I can't yet. I want to get to 20 as quick as I can so I can promote, usually I can promote 10 times a day. The only time I can't is when I meet stupid pugs, i.e kicking a lvl 1 who joined a routine group. Fortunately, now I'm powerful enough to solo routine, but threatening only with certain classes so I just go to private match.

So... you want to play solo on a Multiplayer derivative of a Singleplayer game...? 

 

As for the game mechanics making people rush ahead, thats utter garbage.  I enjoy watching the people that rush ahead die.  It's one of the few satisfying aspects of the game.  But people do it because they are morons.  Skipping that door that only you can open just to get through the zone faster?  Good luck clearing solo.  I will get a drink while you take care of everything.  Team play FTW.

Lol people complaining about kill hogging must not understand this is a CoOp, shared exp MP.

Ride the hyper speed XP train, suck in some promotions, get some unique lvl 23 weapons, then you can be that "kill hog".

I'll take a 9 minute threatening run with a "kill hog". See he gets all the kills, I get all the treasure.

Can't get you weapon/elemental challengers completed fast enough, you say? Then run a couple private games, or find a PUG to duo/trio with, or run solo routine.

The only time I care about kill hoggers is when they pass freebie doors only they can open, to kill their way to the end of the level and back. I dont mind losing out on possibly trapped rooms, but atleast open those freebie doors. Most people that run threatening should know which is which by now I hope...

I like to keep everything efficient, and I like gold more than anything really.
