im lv 7 and till now i found a lot of quinari weapons that i usually sell because they have low stats compared to other weapons
before selling them again i wonder if they have some hidden quality or serve some porpuse and so is better to keep some of them or i can sell it as usual

They don't hold any specific significance that I know of.
If you don't intend to use them for RP reasons then I'd sell them.
thx i like rp but what kind of role playng reason can you have in this case ?

Don't sell them. Put them in your storage chest for potential use later.
