There are times I like to go around foghting with nobreal goal in mind. However, I noticed after completing certain quests, the respawns significantly decline. What are places to go to fight (preferably humanoid) mobs consistently and even after beating the game?

I was testing graphic settings in the storm coast near the river (if you're on pc you'll the place, because of significant fps drop). Every time I load in, there's a group of red templars and a could of lvl 11 bears. But this is before finishing the game.
