I know about the reaver's devour and rampage, death siphon for mages and the focus one for KEs but are there any others?

Hunters Mark, sort of. With the upgrade, when you use Hunters Mark, you bamf back to your marked location at the health you were when you placed the mark. (only tested in MP)

 

There are heal on kill abilities for weapon upgrade slots.

 

Do regeneration and Healing Mist potions count? I tend to take the extra potion slot upgrade via inquisition perks and slot either regen or healing mist potions.

Best heal in the game in my opinion.
