So I am nearly at the end of the quest where I locate branka and to proceed I need to unlock an ominous door, however I am unable to open the shrine that holds the key and helm for the legion set. So when I click on the shrine nothing happens. I have watched walkthroughs that show others able to open but it will not allow me to. I have looted all necessary legion armor components from the previous rooms. I would just like to know what I can do about this. If perhaps I can fix the bug, or maybe a mod that will allow me to bipass the ominous door? Can I just bypass this quest and still complete the storyline?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not really sure what your question is. Once you defeat Branka, you should go back to the assembly. The key for that door in the dead trenches is found on one of the ogres I think. I can't remember right now. Sorry

Did you talk to Hespith on the way there, and did her dialogue trigger when you got into the area with the door?

 

You definitely do not need to have all Legion armor before going into that room (I have forgotten to pick up pieces before).

You need the Legion armor to trigger that big bad shade in that room.. (The Gangue Shade)
