I was in a PUG last week with my mic on mute. Some dudes wife was ordering pizza over the phone and paid for it by credit card. Would've been quite easy to play that back and get the number for anyone in that match.

My funniest times on mic were probably

1. Playing with MofoJokers Inc. and his crew.

2. This one guy asked me to wait a moment bc he needed to make a sandwich. Then 2 seconds later he yells out "HEY GO MAKE ME A SAMMICH". Then says ok let's go.

I was trying to jump over this alchemist's head with my AW when a someone came on the mike and threatened to cut my balls off if I didn't stop doing that.

The worst was someone was playing really annoying music. Really any music across the mic sounds bad. It does not even matter what the genre is. It is just annoying.

 

The funniest for me was, I was joining a pug. The game was already in session. With two players, who were both Rogues. I was like, what the hell, game already in session, I joined with my hunter (Working on Poison). The leader of the game immediately started cursing me out for being a noob, since I did not join with a needed class to open doors. He was using profanity and just sounding like an ass.

 

For me, if you start a session, with an incomplete party, you are pretty much forfeiting your say on what people bring. Since he was being so rude, I pulled everything, watched them all die and quit. It was petty revenge, but it felt good.

 

Oh, and my embarrassing event was back playing ME3 MP. I was goofing around and my then wife came down and was excoriating me for some failed honey doo. I thought I was on mute, but I wasn't. Some dude in the match, with a foreign accent asked me to mute after that. I thought it was funny.

Lol I've had this happen to me before, friend and I were playing and some guy joins the game with his Kinect on and ordering a pizza clearly saying every number on his card. We kept telling him we could hear everything but he never acknowledged us.
I've also heard what sounded like some sort of drug deal once. Kinects are great for hearing random nonsense.

I've heard A LOT of stuff.  post after biowaremod03 says its getting to crazy in here I will just tell you the funniest thing to me.

 

I like when the game has been out weeks and weeks and weeks.....and here comes this guy telling you his ele build and every single stat of every single skill he has and he uses like you've never played the ele before or something.  And hes really into it and pumped about it.  I don't know about you guys...but people do that all the time on playstation.

I started a match the other day and within seconds of the load screen, the guy started talking in his best "Radio Show Host" voice.  "Ok Ladies and Gentleman, we are back today to discuss another class, the Reaver. As you can see... blah blah blah"

 

After a few comments of "Is this real life?" and "Dude, shut up already." I proceeded to make loud coughing noises and Pig-Like snorts the rest of the match.  I also made sure to run ahead and kill everything so there were no mobs left for him to showcase his Reaver on.

Oh how true that is!  And I had no idea at that time Meteor Shower was pretty much the reason why we were getting no keys.  I try to play with no eles as much as I can these days.

Someone watching some sort of ecchi anime with some simpering character that kept going "Onii-chan!". He didn't realize his mic was on. When I finally said something there was a scramble and the mic feed went dead so fast it wasn't funny ( well, it was ). His mic never came on again the rest of the match.

My mic is rather good. You do not hear anything unless I talk.. though when I have the fan on the mix icon still flashes because my mic is that sensitive even though there is no sound coming out on their side.. My mates think I am talking but no sound is coming out so they try and work out why. XD I tend to turn the mic off when eating though. Nothing worse than listening to a guy chomp down on pringles or a packet of BBQ chips whilst you are trying to play.

but to answer the question.. I have not heard anything strange over mics. I generally play with the same people so..
