Id downloaded the tlk file then created the tlk folder and put it inside, this didnt work. Creating the folder then downloading into the folder fixed issue.

Perfect, I will catch up with you soon. Try to remember where Sher? is. I think the red dragon Nevalarich is gone as well as the old giant and white dragon run. There is a swamp but I cant find the black dragon in it. But I am sure having fun looking!

Also worked out why my levelling mod didn't work after trying the one you linked.
You don't export/import characters in this game. You also don't need a prc levelling mod, just give the character the xp and level on the server.
Takes time but it all comes back to you eventually

Assume pnp shifter is missing on purpose?

Also samurais epic ancestral daisho isnt available?  Assume also thats deliberate?

 

However thought id see what the 200k limit allowed. I could make a +5 Wakithingy with some spare change.

Tried this on Katana and +2 was about 7k then +3 jumped to over 200k! so you cant even make a +3 main sword as a samurai let alone a +5?

To be honest making over 1,000k in game is not hard it just takes a bit of time.

 

Just roll another Sally and get with the custom armour sales again

Making money isn't the issue. Samurai weapon upgrades are limited to a value set by samurai level. Ie 18 levels of samurai you can only upgrade your weapons to the value of 200k. If a +3 katana costs over 200k your limited to a +2 weapon so samurai is broken/pointless.

Already tested the armour/weapon crafting lol. How well you remember me.

Its ruining it for me, I had to stop running that lvl 40 around. I don't want to know whats in every corner of the server yet. In a way its good, I am getting a lot more work done. I just dont want to loose the enchantment that is Natfka. Now if we could get DM Deaths old sound track for the server, you know which one I mean, that was awesome!

Yes! It had some great songs for the different areas! I hope we get to see Death some time. Maybe he will make Stygian and this time we can kill him instead of the other way around!

Is it possible to get a server reset please? I am in one of the Shalandragar cavern screen past the ancient dire bear cave and the screen wont completely load and I cant log on my character and play. The screen just hangs and the bar goes 3/4 of the way but never loads completely, never seen anything like it really.

Do you think if you have time you could reset the server? There is significant lag when you sell anything at Rastifers shop, the entire server stops for anywhere from 10-20 seconds per item sold, I definitely do not want it to crash, having too much fun. Plus my toon is stuck in a loading screen =)

 

If its something you can teach me to do, I would be willing. I am on all the time and able to serve our little community. You can vet me through facebook, our family fishing tackle website and phone or text. I am easy to verify I am not up to anything weird, but I can definitely do things like resets and take some of the burden off you, I am totally willing and able. I have some skill with websites, I run two of them, not a master though

Uhoh, I think it must have crashed now, it was not me. I havent been logged on for over an hour, when I came back, the server is down. The good news is that means its reset The bad news, is it now down.

Hi guys, I do check the forum every couple days, if not once a week. I just dont always have time to respond. I'm glad everyone is enjoying the server though

A few people do have my email and phone number. So, if you post here, I do typically receive the note within the day. 

 

I wanted to make sure everyone knows the ip address 71.236.239.113:5121. 

 

I'm still looking into fixing the annoying bugs, don't worry. The HAK files and nwn update this is extremely difficult, hence why i did not fix them months ago.

I have been thinking about this lately as I am building my red wizard of thay -heck yes!

What I have been fretting over is this. Is there still epic loot that isnt sold in the shops? Like does Sher the dragon or balor or widow have loot that we havent seen yet? I only ask because for me a huge driving factor is finding something that either no one has, can greatly benefit me or I didnt know existed.

If all the loot is available, can I make some in the tool set (did this for another server I DMed on) and then you give me direction and either approve or disapprove them then load them into the game? They would be balanced and not anything above a level or value that you tell me. That way there are items that no one has seen and it keeps the motivation high. Do you know what I am talking about?

 

Also, me and Halfrien (The Amazing Halfling!) went up lightning peak and found what we think we remembered was the entrance to Sherlisle (Is that how to spell it?)

There is an entry way and a pool of blood. The little red dragon disciple sub boss drops a vial of red dragon blood that does Incediary cloud or something. My question is, there is no way to open or use the pool of blood in that area, how do you open the area so you can continue on? is it closed or did we just not do the right thing?
