I know it's not game breaking, but it would be nice to be able to talk to any person without their faces being mushy, people-colored blobs because textures won't load.

Except we've been promised some critical features for the third patch and they haven't been addressed. Now we'll have to wait another month for the fourth patch and we're not even sure whether the game will become playable by then.

 

When did they promise a list of features for Patch 3? All I saw was that they were working on it and prioritizing fixes.

 

I had no expectations for this patch, I never do, because the things I view as a priority are not necessary the same as those for BioWare or other players. 

 

BioWare didn't want to give out information on the patch before they were ready precisely because they didn't want people to be disappointed if something they promised didn't end up making it in because it was a bigger issues then they expected or caused more problems than it fixed.

Well they have released patch 3 notes for PC.
