Hi there

 

I use an Xbox controller to play. In live action mode, to reverse while in Shield Wall mode you just lock the target with a click of right thumb stick and back away from it without turning around.

 

However, in tactical mode this seems impossible to do. I saw a patch note from a while ago that explained that entering tactical mode clears locked targets (or targets in general, I forget) and I've no idea if that is relevant to reacquisition of targets in tactical mode.

 

So, can anyone tell me how to, using a controller, lock a target in tactical mode or otherwise achieve the ability to walk backwards while in Shield Wall mode like you can in live action mode?

 

P.S. to mouse/keyboard users: How do you lock a target at all in live action mode/tactical mode? I see no key bind other tan TAB to change targets.
