So after hobbitshirel with the empress i went to skyhold and notice only the companions that were with me on that quest had a new tree root, the others do not, and i dont know if they are fixed or i was suposed to choose theirs, but i see cassandra has a templar tree, however i'm seeing her using passives from the champion tree. ??? Didn't notice if the other 2 (solas and sera) were using stuff from trees they do not posses.

Is my game bugged ? you dont choose the speciazation for teamates ?

You don't choose specialization for your teammates. Its supposed to be linked to how much they like you, but I found that just traveling with them unlocks it.

How can you see passives from the champion tree in effect on Cassandra?

Companion specs are auto, and won't show up on them until level 10 post Skyhold and to get their tree to appear you have to have had them in your party when those conditions are met. So say if you never use Varric in the field after Skyhold you will never see his artificer tree appear in the skill tab.

Yeah, best way to see all the skill trees is to go to crestwood (post skyhold map) and once you take over the keep, swap out the companions until all are seen, you will have access to all skill trees then. Look at what interests you and go from there. Find it is good to play as companions to get an idea as to the effect of the various skill trees and decide if you enjoy them or not.

Simple, i see the tree is templar, but during combat she is showing some seeker shields circling around her, and in the hud i see a little tower of the passive,i searched online and saw this tower and its effect are from the champion tree, becouse i never assigned point to anything like that for cassandra.

here i uploded a picture , Walking fortress, i didnt assing this, nor do i see it in the tree she has

Check your equipments. Most likely she is wearing something that has a chance to cast Walking Fortress.

I just heard it somewhere. I Shoulda put I heard its linked to how much they like you. I didn't put much thought into it, but assumed its somehow linked to the reason I have to drag around some members after I respec them before their specialization comes up.

Go by damage. runes count toward DPS. You may think that new sword is superior to your own when in reality its just a crappy sword with a dragon-slaying rune on it.

I believe specializations unlock when you reach Skyhold, or when you complete the quest that lets you pick your own.
