the codes are good for both the 360 and PC. If you havent already registered your game at both EA and here I would do so and then hop on the 360 and get your armour etc. from the cerberus network. Thats what I did and it is working great.

I have been getting this since yesterday, any one else have the same problem? I can play the game but none of the DLC is accessible. I registered the DLC using the bioware website.

P.S. I tried again just now, it tells me email and password does not match. I checked and rechecked spelling, just about everything I can think of.

Yes, I'm having the exact same problem. Never even been able to get to a point where the game can reject my valid Cerberus code.

this. I have had the game all day and have gotten this message every single time. I have rebooted the console several times and have tried it with the game installed to the HDD and without. My console auto logs into XBL so connection on my end is not a problem.
edit - oh I also just managed to find my super long network cable so I have also tried it wirelessly and with a direct connection.

I had already linked my XBL gamer tag with my EA account quite a while ago and redeemed the Cerberus Network and Terminus codes from my 360 SE and the Collector code from the PC CE via my profile on social.bioware.com. I haven't loaded up my PC version yet , but from my 360 the Terminus items, Normandy, etc. all showed up and have been downloaded and appear in game. Haven't seen Zaeed in the Availble Downloadable Content screen yet, but I suppose that's to be expected.
After registering the PC CE the Collector items also showed up as available DLC in my 360 game and I downloaded them but they haven't shown up anywhere in game of yet. Should I have gotten some kind of a message at my private terminal like I got with the Terminus stuff and the Normandy mission, or will these show up later in the game?
At the moment I show the following under "Your registered game promotions":
360: Collectors' Weapon and Armor, Terminus Weapon and Armor, Blood Dragon Armor, Normandy Crash Site (Cerberus Network)
PC: Collectors' Weapon and Armor, Terminus Weapon and Armor, Blood Dragon Armor, Zaeed - The Price of Revenge (Cerberus Network), Normandy Crash Site (Cerberus Network)
Should I be good to go, or will I need to register other sets of codes in order to have access to all of my bonus content from both my 360 and PC versions? I'm planning to give my SE 360 edition to a friend and I'm trying to figure out what if any codes I can safely send along with the game. At the moment it would seem I should be able to give him the Cerberus Network Card and the Collector and Inferno codes from the 360 CE and have access to it all from both platforms, but this has gotten to be rather confusing.
