I put in my code for Terminus armor ( I think that's how you spell it). Everything worked great my code was valid but it says mine was for PC not Xbox 360. Is there a way to fix this? I already linked my gamertag I think.

I have a problem. I redeemed my code to an account I thought had my gamertag linked but it doesn't. My other account does and I cannot use my code. What do I do?

 the codes are good for both the 360 and PC. If you havent already registered your game at both EA and here I would do so and then hop on the 360 and get your armour etc. from the cerberus network. Thats what I did and it is working great.

Not sure the mods are still reading this thread. I still can't connect to the Cerberus network in game. I put in the code on this social part of the site just like it says and of restarted several times. Says i can't connect to the ME 2 servers.big wtf.

actually I would be happy if they just let everyone have the terminus gear at least then I would get what I pre-ordered who cares if everyone else gets it it's a single player game.

i need to get my two EA accounts linked how can i do this please help me as of now i cant use my CE collectors armor because its on my wrong EA account with a different XBL gamer tag, i want to use the armor i paid ten bucks for come on bioware help us out, we know you have the money

What they need to do is to do right by there paying customers. People are quick to forget pleasant experiences but they don't usually forget bad ones. It's an evolutionary thing. If you don't remember kicking the hornets nest was a bad idea then you'll kick it again. My point being is that people are going to remember this if you screw them, if you do the right thing they will forget about it. Which is what you want. You don't want them to recall how big a pain in the ass EA/Bioware became to them. You want them to remember one thing and that is the game, the game is what you want them to remember.

For a while, my Normandy Crash Site link changed its name to Cerberus Network Armor and Weapon, although the file was still for the Crash Site mission. It's since been changed back to its proper name, but where are the Cerberus weapon/armor and Hammerhead I was also supposed to get?

My EA/BioWare email and XBox email are not the same, never have been. I did't have a problem with playing Dragon Age. And I have the Dragon armor in this game. But neither web site will let be change my email address to the other to fix this. I should have the Chitinous armor and assault rifle for getting the CE ver. of the game and the Terminus armor and weapon for getting it at Game Stop. EA/BioWare took the codes, my private terminal on Normandy is telling me I have New Content Available but I can't get it in the armor locker in the Capt. quarters.

is it normal that my activation code for cerberus still doesn't work? Xbox live updated the title this morning but still doesn't work. I don't think I'll be spending the 15 dollars since it should be working. Hopefully the fix is still in the pipeline.

I cannot use any of my DLC, I can see the Cerebus Network on the right with a button to connect. But when I click the button I get a screen that says

Please Wait...

After a few moments I see:
Communication with the Mass Effect 2 server was interrupted or has time out. Please try again later.

I have been getting this since yesterday, any one else have the same problem? I can play the game but none of the DLC is accessible. I registered the DLC using the bioware website.

I have linked my gamertag to the windows live id, or the correct e-mail address from which I downloaded the terminus and collector gear. Sadly, it is not recognizing that I have done so in the ceberus network menu. In my registered game promotions it shows up as though I have uploaded the online codes for these two items, yet I cannot access them within game.

Any reason why this should be happening?

Any word on collector's armor not loading in-game? I redeemed the code successfullly to my gamertag online, but don't know what to do next? Will the new patch make sure it shows up in the Cerberus network for me or what?

I downloaded the Cerberus extras from the homesite and installed them. When I play the game, it tells me it cannot validate the items so I tried to sign into my EA acc. It keeps telling me I got the wrong password. I went to reset it and tried again, it gave me the same thing. What is wrong???

P.S. I tried again just now, it tells me email and password does not match. I checked and rechecked spelling, just about everything I can think of.

When i purchased DAO i remember the preorder gave me access to the blood dragon armor as well as some armor in ME@...will that already be activated in game after i register my ME2 PC Key on the website or do i have to have that old code that i imputed when i activated the blood dragon armor for DAO?

Yes, I'm having the exact same problem.  Never even been able to get to a point where the game can reject my valid Cerberus code.

Yes, I'm having the exact same problem.  Never even been able to get to a point where the game can reject my valid Cerberus code.

this.  I have had the game all day and have gotten this message every single time.  I have rebooted the console several times and have tried it with the game installed to the HDD and without.   My console auto logs into XBL so connection on my end is not a problem.

edit - oh I also just managed to find my super long network cable so I have also tried it wirelessly and with a direct connection.

I got a set of Terminus Codes and a Cerberus Network Card with my SE 360 edition from GameStop, a set of Collector codes and a Cerberus Network Card (and eventually Inferno codes once they mail them) from my PC CE version and another set of Collector codes and a Cerberus Network Card (and another set of Inferno codes) from my 360 CE I ordered from Amazon.

I had already linked my XBL gamer tag with my EA account  quite a while ago and redeemed the Cerberus Network and Terminus codes from my 360 SE and the Collector code from the PC CE via my profile on social.bioware.com.  I haven't loaded up my PC version yet , but from my 360 the Terminus items, Normandy, etc. all showed up and have been downloaded and appear in game.  Haven't seen Zaeed in the Availble Downloadable Content screen yet, but I suppose that's to be expected.

After registering the PC CE the Collector items also showed up as available DLC in my 360 game and I downloaded them but they haven't shown up anywhere in game of yet.  Should I have gotten some kind of a message at my private terminal like I got with the Terminus stuff and the Normandy mission, or will these show up later in the game?

At the moment I show the following under "Your registered game promotions":
360: Collectors' Weapon and Armor, Terminus Weapon and Armor, Blood Dragon Armor, Normandy Crash Site (Cerberus Network)
PC:  Collectors' Weapon and Armor, Terminus Weapon and Armor, Blood Dragon Armor, Zaeed - The Price of Revenge (Cerberus Network), Normandy Crash Site (Cerberus Network)   

Should I be good to go, or will I need to register other sets of codes in order to have access to all of my bonus content from both my 360 and PC versions?  I'm planning to give my SE 360 edition to a friend and I'm trying to figure out what if any codes I can safely send along with the game.  At the moment it would seem I should be able to give him the Cerberus Network Card and the Collector and Inferno codes from the 360 CE and have access to it all from both platforms, but this has gotten to be rather confusing.

I have downloaded the Digital Deluxe Edition of Mass Effect 2 for PC... which code should I use to get the Cerberus network? I tried to use the Game serial (Both with and withouth the dashes), but it does not work, and according to the EA store, I should have the Collector's Weapon and Armor (haven't checked that yet), the Incisor Sniper Rifle (neither), plus some not-ingame goodies (checked, I have them), and access to the Cerberus Network, but I can't seem to find the redeemal code, if any.

I can't link my gamertag! Everytime I try and add a new persona, it said that my gamertag is already taken! The email I use for this profile is different than the email I use for my XBL account. So am I screwed?
