I have a problem with my Cerberus Network, i can login and all that and click the New Content button also work, but when im logged in here and go under games and official DLC it says i have to buy a new code.

It is a verrrrry simple process to be quite honest. I don't know why in the world everyone is having such a problem with this. Before I even browsed these forums, I got my CE, put in my codes, and everything worked out perfectly fine, as long as you have an EA account, you're fine.



****** To anyone who hasn't picked up the game yet, It's not hard, just don't rush it and don't be impatient about the process, or else you'll end up like most of the people on this thread complaining about how they effed up and end up blaming it on EA or BioWare. Just sayin.

its the PC version.. and yes its the exact same email account i used to login in the game..

I don't understand that cerberus card I got, I installed the game, typing serial first of course, after I started It up I just typed my login info and Cerberus was active without me using any codes. I reedemed my armor + rifle first though, is that it? Funny thing Now I'm playing while downloading 2 big 500 mb dlc file in background called Zaeed and later Normandy Crash. Too bad there is no downloader like in Dragon Age, but nevermind. The game is great! Even If it took me few hours to change language from polish vo/txt to english ones, since EA lied to us about ability to do that from game-level, that was a pain. Many people bought the game just to download it from "non-official places" and use their original serials, since the process Is kind of hard and requires one file that is missing in czech-polish-hungarian version.

Sadly I have neither the code for the Collecters armor nor the Inferno Armor. (If anyone is willing to sell theirs plz let me know via pm)

But I do have the Terminus and Dragon armor, which I can't seem to dl yet because I can't figure out how to link my gt.

Yesterday i had EA fix my accounts to link my gamertag onto the one im using in game so that I could finally get all my dlc but when they did link them it relocked my cerberus network system and I can't redeem it again because ti says the code has already been used. Does anyone know how to fix this cause I am not going to buy the network when i have a free redemption card right here.

 Ok so I had been playing the game, about 13 hours in, then I decided he lets see what this cerberus network is all about before I get playing again...did all the stuff, entered the code, started to download the Normandy mission, then went to play my previously saved game 13 HOURS!!! and it is gone, no where to be found on my xbox360...any ideas?

Okay, I can't figure this out. I tried to joint the Cerebus Network from the screen in game (playing on the PC). I entered the code and it didn't so anything. I already have an EA account and it shows the game as being registered. How do I get the free downloadable content?

I have enable cerberus network in-game, but I don't download cerberus armor and this new shotgun.. I have PC version..

I had everything up and running fine, than yesterday I heard about DLC from Dr.P - so I grabbed three bottles, and got myself the codes.

After fussing and getting things all linked up - i got the new helmets, but the Cerberus Network is now closed?! What in the world is that about?

hey i logged into my account b4 playin me2 and dl the cerberus content which all worked i redeem my code b4 playin the game and the c network is not workin at all i cant do anything and i am stuck

I have the exact issue as Takeno there...I set my EA account before I ever owned an 360...how do I get Cereberus & the other extras?

So what do I do when all of a sudden my acount it effectively voided?  >=O
I log on one day to find that my Cerberus account is gone and that I get the message: "Give us $10 or your SOL Kriffer! ha ha ha ha ha"  >=O

The Cerberus Network PC is open on my screen

I was able to get Zaeed, the Normandy and all the other DLC when the game first came out.



However, now I cannot get any of the new "free" Cerberus Network DLC like the shotgun. My Bioware Social site does not show the new DLC under my "Registered Game Promotions" any help would be much appreciated.

here i try and enter it (( the cerberus network remdemption code )) if a EA employe would email me and let me know what to do, as ive enterd the code correctly. but nothing happens. so what the **** do i do ? have i been skrewd on this ? if so i whant my money back. and yes im useing the correct account for in game and out game. im on a PC Windows 7. if that helps. please contact me. thank you

I received a game with a blank code in the cerebus network box. I have contacted EA who have not responded. Can someone please respond to my issue?

Okay so I won the PC version of ME2 a few months ago and registered my Cerberus code on Bioware social, which is linked to my EA account which is linked to my Gamertag. Today I bought ME2 on the XBOX(better performance than my GPU) and Cerberus network refuses to connect.



Everything I've read points toward the Cerberus network being cross platform, so why isn't this working?

So... how's that coming? Because I've tried to log in my copy of ME2 on my wife's computer about a hundred times in the last 24 hours and it hasn't worked at all.

EDIT: Called my ISP. It was a problem on their end, which they fixed.
