I am having a problem getting my downloads to work in game any hints

I have moved the downloads so many times I even lost them at one point...some where in my computer are all sorts of downloads

I have been playing the game only 2 days now and each time I attempted to connect, I received an error reaching cerberus. My son's gamertag logs in auto, and I tried again IG and the code worked, however now I cannot access DLC on my own gamertag...

When I got ME2 day-of for Xbox 360, I entered my code and it worked fine for a couple months. Suddenly I logged on and it said that I had to enter a code. I tried re-entering the one that I had before, but it didn't work. Since I don't want to go through EA's absolutely horrifying customer service, I was wondering if BioWare could do anything about this, because I haven't touched ME2 since this occurred....

Hi. I just downloaded the Hammerhead.exe but every time I try and install it I keep getting an NSIS Error, that tells me the installer is corrupt. Now I can't re-download the hammerhead file as the website says my redeem code has been used.



How can a get a new version to download?

Just bought this game. Went to the site, registered using my EA account, typed in code, downloaded the various .exe installers. I've installed them, no problems, but when I go to log in to use my DLC it tells me my "account is currently invalid". What the heck? Anyone know what this might be?

Edit: I also registered my ME2 PC serial on my Bioware social account, which worked fine.

I'm unable to register for cerberus activation. I've tried using the 5x4 digit code on the box sticker and the 5x4 digit "Mass Effect BDTS CD key" in a text file on the disk. There is nothing in the box that calls itself a Cerberus code. The game was bought new from Amazon.  Grumble Grumble.
