A long time ago, there was a thread about GMagnum being in Mass Effect 3.

So that got me thinking, if GMagnum were a character in Mass Effect 3, how would that play out?

Throw in TheBunz and we've got an epic on our hands.

 

Also add Tarek and TheLastKrogan as antagonists.

She looked at him with her smouldering eyes, not just any kind of smouldering eyes but the kind that really smoulder.  They were Uber smouldering eyes even when she wore her eye patch.  "Got a light?" she asked in a smoulderingly casual way.  "Sure honey,"  He flicked his bic lighter not once, not twice but thrice until the blue flame illuminated her svelte but curvacious figure.  "What's a nice dame like you doing in a gin joint like this?"  he asked as ran his eyes up and down her like a paint roller on a wall.

James Vega: Come on Shepard. We could use a comedian on this ship.

GMagnum: Omg! Ima kill da reapahs with da powa of da bluntz and hella rude comedy skilz ftw tbh.

The Last Krogan: I see omen! Must kill omen! Wraaahhhhhhh!

GMagnum: Keep calm and smoke da bluntz tbh.

The Last Krogan: This Krogan is hella mad.

Shepard: Who let you on my ship?

Tarek: I did.

Shepard: Get off my ship! Now!

GMagnum: Omg! Dat is hella rude!

Never wrote any myself.

 

I did enjoy Memoirs - The Illium Years by Sharrukin. As the name suggests, it is a Mass Effect fanfic and is set between ME1 and ME2, and continues through the events of ME2 and Arrival. Sharrukin is one of the best fanfic writers on that site. This story covers how and why Liara put together the nuts & bolts of an information brokerage on Illium, and adds more detail to her motivation to take down the Shadow Broker. It's all pretty much my head canon now, except for the parts that veer AU (those are relatively few) or conflict with my version of Shepard.

If any actually intend to read it, I'd suggest going to preferences in your reader and turning the background color to black, or adding some of the PS:T music while reading.

I've browsed fanfics from time to time, and my sentiments echo what some others here have said. Some fanficitions are great, others are utter crap, and much like picking a book from a bookstore, it can come down to pure chance whether you find a good one or a stinker.
