Not really personal moments but ones that really hit me emotionally:

 

Cullen telling me about what happened to him in Ferelden gave me a lump in my throat and a tear in my eye. Just listening to him recounting his torture and how it affected him was heartbreaking. 

 

Talking to Dorian after meeting his father and telling him I thought he was brave to break away from tradition and walk his own path.

 

Hugging Varric after Hawke was left in the fade.

 

Cassandra telling me she admired me.

 

Everyone coming up to the inquisitor and kneeling during the song.

 

And many others.

well, this new playthough I just finshed hit me... meny times in the gut...

 

I guess the 2 most heart breaking moments for my Elf was when Solas Left her... I rpg that, she really deepy cared for him, and she down right beged for him not to leave her -  up untill this point, My elf was kinda of a hard ass... so it was really the only time she got full on emotional in the game.

 

the second thing was JUST AFTER Solas ended things, I played that she went to Cole to forget the hurt... [ after making him a spirit]  but when he makes himself forget about the real Cole... just standing on the edge and saying: " you can keep calling me Cole, if you like... I am here to help" in that deadpan voice...she realsied that maybe Varric was right...

Of course Iron Bull waiting to decide if we should abandon his friends-mercenaries who will doe in 10 minutes or help them but abandon the Qunari alliance. That was drama.... !
