Hello. i preorder my copy of mass effect 2 from a retail store and i followed the instructions to active cerberus at the redem code on this site and i did that...used the coded to be able to download my armor and weapons and i start up the game...i try to log into the network and it stay as the please wait screen......then after some time it said it timed out.....is this happening to alot of people and is there a soultion to the problem.
