From my profile pic you can probably tell that I play (and watch) League of Legends. Now there are very subtle hints in the mass effect games and DA: I that lead me to believe there are some LoL fans at Bioware, and admiration may be mutual. I can only remember two of the top of my head but I'll add more when I remember them.
Ok so Miranda has a Sister, named Orianna. Definitely not a common name and there is a champion in league of legends called Orianna. That can just be coincident but there's more. The Orianna in LoL is a robot, the creation of a Corin Reveck. He created her to replace his daughter (also named orianna), an ambitious child with eyes set on the league of legends, after she met her demise. The Orianna in ME2 has undergone extensive genetic engineering and she's also a sort of replacement for Miranda in the eyes of her Father..... Anyone? ANYONE?
The champion Orianna was released after ME2 so if there's a connection here, it's LoL paying tribute to Mass Effect.
Ok here's the second one. There is a quest in DA:I where a man asks you to take something to his wife's resting place. I can't remember what it was exactly, I think it was some flowers, but his wife's name was 'Sena'. Again not a common name. Now there is a champion in league of legends with the name Lucian. His wife is dead and her name was.... Hold on to your hats people.... Sena. Huh? HUH? Coincidence?
Lucian was available prior to the release of DA:I so in this would be a gesture on Bioware's side.
