Okey, I finally got things to work.

Cerberus Network refused to start, all I got was a error in game telling me the code was in use.
I called Ea a second time and they sent me my missing Digital Deluxe code.

The EA guy said my Cerberus Network code was registered on my EA acccount so it had to be on bioware server side things were messed up. But I couldnt see anything here on social, only listing my Blood dragon armor
But as soon as I entered my Digital deluxe code, everything else was recognised too.

Makes you wonder how people buying second hand and buying the Cerberus Code with Bioware points are suppose to get access to it. They dont have a collectors edition code or Digital Deluxe code to catapull everything into place.

My account still is no go - I've even tried using a secondary account w/ the activation - and it still states the same thing as before detailing that my account does not have an ME2 key connected to it or some such. Anyone have any advice?

Do you mean this happens when you enter your email and password to your EA account, trying to unlock the game?
A popup window asking you to active the game. I cant remember if they asked for my key or not.

I got a mass effect 2 gametag that got created automatically.

Nah. I go to the login screen after I press "Play". I type in my account email + password. And then when it's saying activating it say : "Could Not Activate" at the top.

"We could not activate ME2 on this computer using the EA account you provided. " Etc etc etc. I have it all set up and what not to everything possible on the websites but this thing just bloody well wont activate my account into the game itself. >.

My game logs in to the Cerberus network but when i try to get to the DLC i only get a page where i can buy or redeem my code, and of I can't redeem it again becuase i already have in the game. Tested it, didn't work.



Anyone else got this problem?

I don't know if it has already been spotted, but my EA/BW account password happens to have a real actual * character and the in-game login won't allow me to type it, it just act as if I didn't type anything. That's a bit weird since Dragon Age didn't have such superstitions.

I managed to get mine to work after repeated failures.

here is what I did.



I started the game and went into the "Extras" option and then "Options"

into the "Online" area and turned OFF the option to "Auto Login to EA Online"



I quit the game, restarted it and when I tried to log into Cerberus this time...it worked in a matter of seconds.



I suggest people give this a try.

Desoray:  I was having similar issues (unable to activate my game) until last night.  While this is pretty painful to admit, the problem I had was partially my own fault.

Before and after the release date I received a deluge of emails, codes and links from Gamestop, where I purchased my digital download.  I believe it was 9 or 10 emails total, and when I double checked last night I noticed that the first download link I got was for the standard edition not the collector's.  I uninstalled, downloaded from the collector's edition link and everything went smoothly from there.

Hope that helps.  If not, I do recall seeing someone else with the same symptoms get their's fixed by contacting EA support and having them reset the user account.

need help with getting my armor and **** i already have my cerberus network

I have the Steam Digital Deluxe version. I registered the game and the DLC/Cerberus Network codes. I downloaded and succesfully installed all the DLC's. I have logged into Cerberus from the ME2 main menu. But the DLC's just won't authorize. "New content available" stays in the main menu. I have tried rebooting and reinstalling several times but it doesn't help. I'm getting pretty sick of this.

Why can't I register my German PC CE (delivered by Amazon today) here?

CD-Key is called not vaild at the Register games page here, but there were no problems with it when installing the ME2...

I am have a ME2 CD Key check Failed to authenticate the disc. Please insert correct disc. But it is the right disc. I take it out of my DVD-Rom and put it in my CD-writer it starts to load then hangs or stops loading game .

This did not work for me.

Didnt work for me either. I have turned off that option already.
I wonder if it could have something to do with the fact that I downloaded and installed the DLCs before I ever locked into cerberus. Maybe one should have created an account and locked into CN before installing DLCs?

Please, EA / Bioware help us!

Apparently EA can't send mail to ancient AOL address that my 360 is linked to in order to verify the account to link this one to my gamertag... I haven't tried to go about it all yet, but the fact that EA can't get the verification email to me after pressing the resend button 3 or so times over 45 minutes to get a link is pretty worrisome for me.

Weird. I suppose you could always go to suppor.ea.com and reset/change your password?

Yeah, I think they're likely just a bit flooded I sent an email to support on all my issues I'm anticipating/having anyhow, so I'm not too worried just yet anyhow..... After I'm able to sit down and play after work if there are still problems it might be a different story, but they can take all the time they need before then

Beanie, you must use this website to register your game pins.

Your game should have come with key codes that you enter into this site.

On the left panel, hover your mouse over "Profile", then click "Redeem Promo Code"

It will now ask you for your code, but MAKE SURE YOU ARE LOGGED IN TO YOUR CORRECT ACCOUNT!

You only get one shot, sweety.

Now hover your mouse over "Profile" once more after adding the codes, and select "Your Registered Game Promotions"

In here, select the promotions you registered and click "Download".

Also, I see cerberus laptop in main menu. But when I go to http://social.bioware.com/page/me2-dlc (Menu / ME2 / Official DLC) I see proposal to purchase cerberus access for 1200 points. Who is lying?
