Explain If link to buy is here by mistake - I'd suggest bioware to remove it immideatly - as you can spend 1200 points for the thing, you already have.

Hmm, I was wrong - one of the codes IS for cerberus network. I tried to redeem it again - it was already redeemed (and I don't recall see any errors on first redeeming). So - looks like a bug.

Anyway when i click play, i get that redeem code thing, and when i copy and paste it it just goes blank, and stays that way, no progress. This is a bug,, right?

So, I have tried to do everything suggested - still no dice. This isn't working right. I tried to use the chat support thing and it's booted me twice now as soon as I got to slot 2-4 it was auto-canceled without my desire.



I've been waiting on the phone as well for around 30-40 minutes and it hasn't changed my que status for some reason. This is getting rediculous and makes me regret buying this game. I just want to play it. :\\ Can anyone help?

so I install the game, then I click on the downloadable content tab on the launcher, takes me to the redeem etc page on social bioware site, logged in with the account I've been using for DAO, put in the the codes, downlaod and install the cerberus stuff, and the armour (PC collectors edition) restart game, cerberus won't activate, so I try creating an EA account, of course that won't accept the codes I've just used here, try disabling the auto login to EA, still no good - saw a post about linking a gamertag (whatever that is) to the bioware user account, but seemed somewhat less than helpful, as it assumed I was using an xbox..... I'm stumped...

I have a small question for everyone who cannot get their copy of Mass Effect 2 going... (For any reason)



Do you have a PHYSICAL COPY (Bought it from a store) or did you get a digital copy? (Steam, D2D, etc.)



This will help not only the devs, but me as well in trying to help other users.

I finally got to redeem my CE codes for Cerberus and the Collector armor and stuff through this site, but I cant log into this account through the game. Says its not valid. So, my content can't be validated through Cerberus because it wont log me into THIS ACCOUNT THAT WORKS ON THE SITE BUT NOT IN-GAME!?!?! <--Me yelling in my head.

It is D2D digital download for me. And as far as I am concerned this is getting irksome. I am getting the feeling that I'll never get this fixed. Still waiting on the phone and on my third attempt at getting help from live chat. I sit and the time seems to be going up the closer in que I get. -.-

Hey i;m trying to get my collectors edition armor but cant input my xbox 360 gamertag because my username has taken up that slot so my question is how do I change my bioware screen name?

ive checked there recently no if you have a screen name there doesnt seem to be a way to change it in the edit account settings drop list

Hey does anyone on the xbox 360 have a pretty screwed up little glitch where as your running over an uneven surface such as a staircase and you levitate? theres no way down it has happened to me at 3 separte occasions and I always have to reload my last save, very frustrating,

I was just told by a number of people who have a physical copy and they claim no issues...



And I've also been told by a number of users here that they have a Digital copy and have every issue mentioned here...



Uhhmmm? I'm seeing a pattern here...



Out of liberty of attempting to help once again, I will quote my old post once more about what I did to get my Cerberus activation and bonus content working:



Here's what I did immeadiatly after install succeeded:







1: Calibrated NVidia Graphical Settings.



2: Started game and it immeadiatly prompted me for login information.



3: Entered my user account I made way back for Battlefield 2142.



4: After logging in, (Smooth ride) I clicked "Connect" next to the Cerberus laptop thingy.



5: Entered my Cerberus code, (another Smooth ride)



6: Clicked "New Content Available" which took me to this site,



7: Registered my account and game to this site,



8: Entered all three of my codes for the DLC packs. (Terminus, Collector's, Dragon Age armour)



9: Downloaded the DLC's and installed them promptly.



If the connection to Cerberus isn't working properly... Or times out...or for any reason does not let you connect and you are SURE you have your credentials correct,



You may have a NAT issue, as in it's quite possibly too restricted to connect. This I doubt but it's worth a try to disable your OS based firewall and any other firewalls you currently have running.



PLEASE DEAR GAWD ONLY DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANY REASON BUT A LAST RESORT!!! Leaving yourself "Firewall-less" gives hackers and viruses easy access to your information.



Another alternative is port-Forwarding. I'm going to monitor my ports and report back the ones Mass Effect 2 Launcher needs as well as the main game.

I already entered my code, my router crashed and both downloads where killed.. when I re-enter the code they say the code has already been used, but doesn't give me the option to redownload. How to I start the downloads over>
