Anyone? please help, i need to add my xbox live gamertag to this account to get my terminus gear!
You're supposed to be able to do it from EA. My account there is having problems though and I've been waiting over 7 hours now to get a reply off their standard email form on the site.... hopefully yours has better luck.

Make that 9 hours. I love Bioware, but their argument for the cerberus network was to instill a greater adhesive for the community. When it blocks you from acessing your paid content and you have no way of getting a resolution in a timely manner I hope they realize it actually becomes a corrosive to the loyalty of those who buy said content.
I don't expect it to run perfectly to be fair, but when it's been half a week and I can't get a response (even if it's to tell me I made no sense in my message) on a question within over a full workday from official channels I really do feel rather embittered about the entire process. For now I'll just ignore the dlc I paid for and enjoy the game, but color me unimpressed and disappointed by this entire experience, mainly on the customer service side of the equation.

Very well said. If you're going to implement something brand new that's clearly not properly tested and isn't remotely ready for the public, then it's simple: don't charge for it. They've set themselves up to embitter and ****** off legions of gamers, and I count myself among them. Bioware makes great games, but this is one disastrously bad move. It's completely turned me off from Bioware DLC, and based on this experience I highly doubt I'll be buying any DLC of any sort from Bioware in the future, nor will I bother to shell out money for some kind of "extended" edition.
I have a question: I regretfully purchased the deluxe edition on Steam, that supposedly came with all sorts of bonus content outside of the game, such as a documentary and a comic book. What's the deal with this - where in the world do we find this content? There's no information anywhere about it. What should have been a very simple and pleasant experience has become confusing and frustrating.

ME2 congig utility error, reading my rig as a single core processor. i hav an amd 2 duo, why is this happening and can it be resolved. my cpu is at 100%in game!!!!!!!!!!
Other than the obvious suggestion of upgrading such an outdated chipset and processor...
Try the tech forums from EA itself. It might provide a better example.
Sorry, I can't help you much there, AMD's in my eyes have always been plagued with issues...
Intel i7 950 ftw.

I went to the Bioware social site and registered my ME2 code then redeemed the Coll. code & gamestop code....started the game ( I didn't see the Cerberus code card in the box at first) and logged in, didn't work cause the game doesn't accept a : in the password unlike DAO and the website itself, great job guys, anyways...then I went to the EA site, changed the password and logged in again, it worked but here is the kicker :
The cerberus screen on the right was open and it said I am connected !!!! I HAD NOT REDEEMED THE CERBERUS CODE YET ! I also was able to download the 2 Cerberus DLCs and install them.
When I then went and redeemed my Cerberus Code it accepted it, said I registered it and offered me a download of the Coll. Ed. DLC ????
Now, is there a way to check if Cerberus is correctly unlocked ? under my registed promos it only shows the 2 Cerberus DLCs, is that all or does it have to show the Cerberus Network as registered promo, too ?
Just wanna know if everything is allrighty before I start playing when I get home from work today

Steam should have told you where it was. Go to your mass effect 2 install directory, and look for a folder called 'bonus'.
It was designed to be straightforward...if the vendors would actually communicate the information to the players!
