I have enter DLC codes in the web browser, but when I start the game, I can not log on into the cerberus network, I received a error message (in spanish), that says something like "We are sorry. Your account is not valid this time. Keep trying"
Any suggestion?
I have already tried to disable the automatic in-game log on; but it doesn`t work.

When I try to log into Cerberus I don't get a time out or server error, I get an "invalid account" message. It's the same account that enables me to log into this site and post this message. Whats the deal? I was hoping it this problem would be gone when I got home today because this morning this site was down and there was a goofy message about Bioware's servers not working.
Is anyone else having my problem?

The code I'm typing in is exactly the same as the code I used to install with and that worked fine.
Any idea why this could be?
EDIT:
OK, I typed it in WITHOUT the dashes - and it worked. Problem solved.
Thanks

I just wanted to share a solution for one problem.
Problem: redeeming Cerberus Network code for Normandy Crash and Zaeed does not work if I click "Downloadable content" button on the game main menu.
Expected behaviour: the site would accept the input and show downloadable content.
What happens: after I enter the code, the site just returns me to "You must be logged in to see this content" page.
Reproduce: This happens all the time regardless if I am already logged in or not.
Platform: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. Internet Explorer 8
Workaround Solution: use Firefox browser to manually go to http://social.bioware.com. Then register the game and go to game's downloadable content. Now you will get the same screen to enter the redeeming code and this time the site does accept it and show you Me2_NormandyCrash.exe and Me2_Zaeed.exe downloads.

Finally got to activate Cerberus through this site, along with redeeming my CE armor and Blood Dragon armor. I downloaded them along with the crash site and that other thing. Installed everything then started up the game.

As I said before, I have the same problem.
I can logon into Dragon Age or EA website perfectly; but I can not log on into Cerberus Network, I always get an error message that tells me that my account is not valid.
I have tried to create another account inside the game, and that works ok; but I have all the DLCs linked to the previous one, and the promo codes can not be used twice.
This is quite annoying

Okay figured it out, for anyone who is having issues and cannot find a solution, this is a possibility, for some reason my anti-virus software was still blocking me from logging into Cerberus even though I had allowed the game to work through it. So if you are having trouble with getting your DLCs authorized try disabling your anti-virus then start game and connnect to Cerberus.
didnt help im my case
so ea/bioware any solutions for the cerberus timeout glitch? i paid more to use the itens and now im almost finishing the game and the problem has not been resolved, stop posting on twitter how you sold 2 million and star resolving the issues, after dragon ages launch and this one you can bet i will think twice before buying another game from you guys

I have activiated the Cerberus Network and have got almost all the DLC (Zaeed, Normandy Crash Site and Collector's Armour/Rifle), but when I try to install the Blood Dragon Armour (which I got from my DAO copy), which is from the list as well, an error message pops up and say the file is "either corrupted, there's a disc error or there is virus".
I've used anti-virus to scan through and did other scannings as well but no error was found. My computer specs are:
CPU: Core 2 Duo 2.0 GHz
RAM: 4.00 GB
Display: NVIDIA GeFource 8600M GT
Windows: Vista SP1
The game works fine on it so I'm not sure if it's my fault or is it the file being corrupted.

Make sure your game isnt blocked by a firewall.

Make sure your game isnt blocked by a firewall.
That was the first thing that I checked.
Edit: I managed to find the problem. If some of you still have a problem with connecting to the Cerberus Network remember to enable these ports:
TCP 42100
TCP zakres portów 15200-15300
TCP zakres portów 9945-9994
TCP 80
and restart your computer.

BUT, I have a second PC, and I wanted to install the game there too. The game installed smoothly this time too, but afterwards when I started the game up, it never asked for the EA account to log into! So even though I have the Cerverus installed on the first PC, I just can't get it to work on the second!!
When I click the "connect" button under the Cerberus console, I get a textbox telling me I have to be connected to the internet to connect, but I am 100 % sure that PC actually IS connected!!
Is this some kind of glitch, or am I not supposed to be able to install the DLC on more than one computer?
Sorry for long post, and I hope I wasn't unclear...
