I have same problem (with polish version) and exacly same question - what to do, where to send ticket?

My only suggestion is not to go through EA at all. It's now been 3 days and 5 hours since I sent an email asking for help without receiving a reply at all. I've actually beaten the game and worked a full day in the time it's taken them to do absolutely nothing about my problem receiving content. It's rather infuriating.

Although I probably get banned for this comment, I've solved my problems with my legal, long-preordered Collector's Edition of Mass Effect 2 by downloading a pirate release of the DLC I've paid for, yet was unable to use because of the retarded registration. And yes, it solved my problems.

Two thumbs up, Bioware, you manage to ****** off your paying customers by harassing us with crap the software thieves never have to deal with.
Way to motivate people to buy more software.

Been 5 days without a response from EA for me, I can't help but think they don't CARE now that they have my money.

Just a quick question. Why is the game asking me to get online when playing the DLCs? I bought the game with the codes but DLCs require to be online? Is there anyway to go around this?

I have the standard retail copy. I registered the game by using the same account on EA and Bioware websites, tried activating the Cerberus by entering the relevant code. Yet during start up the game failed to log-in to Cerberus network, and with message "Unable to authorize the listed DLCs" (i installed Blood dragon armor, Zaeed and Normandy).

same problem here

Same problem here too, I think. Several other threads with this, too, but no solution yet.... Everything works great online, but if I wanted to hike my wireless internet bill that high with a constant connection, I'd play an MMO.

I can see how Cerberus could and should be a cool idea, but it's broken at release. Hope a fix is in the works.

I have Cerberus working inside my Mass Effect 2 Game. I have access to my registered game promotions having purchased the digital deluxe edition through steam. But when I try to access Cerberus through the website I am told that I need to register. When I entered the key for my account I was told that "Unable to redeem code. That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again." Naturally, I am the one who redeemed the code, yet now I can't access Cerberus, but can still access the original downloads.

I would really like to be able to access Cerberus, particularly to be able to download the Hammerhead (if and when it becomes available). Do please respond with a working solution to this problem.

Cheers

I'm tired of waiting Bioware to fix this. I cannot log to Cerberus network also, so I need to know, is the cracked
DLC version the same as original? I mean, do you need a crack to work, or don't?

I have the same problem. Try to click on "New content avaible" in the game menu. That's how I was able to download my dlc. EA Store does not work as well.

The response from EA Support was very ... funny:

Thanks for your interest in the Blood Dragon Armor promotion from
Dragon Age: Origins. Your purchase of Dragon Age: Origins for PC, XBox
360, or PS3 entitles you to first purchase redemption of the Blood
Dragon Armor for both Dragon Age: Origins and Mass Effect 2 on any
available platform.

Physical copies of the disc will include a Rave card with the requisite code and download instructions.

Players using a digital copy will have codes e-mailed to them by whichever e-retailer they used to purchase the game.

If
you have any further questions, please check our knowledge base at
support.ea.com, where you can search our available answers or submit an
e-mail for follow up.

I thank EA very much for their standard copy and paste answer...

I have this same exact issue and would really appreciate a resolution before the next wave of DLC comes out. I should not have to pay an extra 15 dollars for something that I already have paid for. As above, I have the current DLC already available, but because I cannot access Cereberus, I will not be able to add more when it comes out.

i can connect to the cerebus network just fine. the computer screen on the right flips up and gives me a list of info ranging from how to load me1 saves, to zaeed and crash site dlc. so that part is working at least.

however.. when i click the 'new content available' button, it doesnt do anything. it just makes the button press sound effect.

so, for whatever reason, i am unable to actually download the dlc im supposed to have access to, by using the game interface. the ea store button doesnt do anything either.

im guessing it could be a setting issue on my pc, as im on vista64.

i can play the game just fine, and my pc says its connected to cerebus network, but im unable to get the new content button to actually do anything.

im using the steam digi collectors edition. PC version, vista 64. no issues other than not being able to get the dlc download system to work. all my redeemed codes are functioning, but the 'new content available' button fails to launch the dlc download function

Should I see Cerberus registered to my ea account like the other items are because I dont. And on xbox live it still shows I can purchace it?I seem to be loging in fine I just want to make sure what I am seeing is correct. Is cerberus linked to my gamertag or my 360? So if I use another 360 with the same gamertag will it see I have cerberus?

Bought ME2 through Steam. Downloaded and installed Normandy Crash site and Zaeed. PLayed 7 hours. Logged on tonight only to find that I couldn't resume my game because the Normandy and Zaeed content was missing. Couldn't use redemption code because it was apparently already in use (maybe because I redeemed it on launch day). Deleted local files and reinstalled through Steam. Still no joy. Yes - my BW account is linked to the correct email address. No - I am not a happy customer. Bioware/EA - PLEASE GET THIS FIXED.

You can redownload and reinstall your DLC as many times as youd like via 'your registered game promotions' through the bioware social site.

The way the DLC authentication is done:

After you have installed the content, you only need to go on and authenticate once. After that you can disconnect and play the dlc without being asked.

It's been 5 days, and I still can't connect to the Cerberus network in-game. It just times out. Observing my network activity, MassEffect2.exe tries to connect to gosredirector.ea.com (159.153.235), but times out. I experimented connecting to https://profile.ea.c...angepassword.do to change my password, and even that fails. I Have tried it with windows firewall disabled, router firewall disabled, as well as the antivirus software disabled without any difference.

FYI - I'm in New Zealand - so maybe EA is blocking all connections that are not from within the USA in order to keep their sever load stable.

EA really dropped the ball with this one. All the premium downloaded content that I got with the collectors (physical boxed) edition is useless because it can't authenticate in-game. Everything redeemed fine on social.bioware.com, and the game registered fine as well.

Retail here, if it was that simple, I'm afraid it doesn't authenticate only just once but everytime ME2 is launched. I don't have the luxury of connecting to the internet all the time because my bandwidth is capped.
