I activated my cerberus code on the game but when i go on to the offical ME2 dlc section on here it tells me to re-deam my code anyone help?
Go to your Registered Game Promotions Page to download your redeemed content. Ignore the Offical DLC page if you've already redeemed the code.

They're not released yet. Some of the in-game messaging appears to have been updated, but the release time as 12pm Mountain (GMT -7) which is still 2 and half hours away.

Seems, that a workaround for the "Connection to ME 2 server has been interrupted or has timed out."-issue is to uninstall the firewall. Used Comodo before, simply deactivating didn't help, but uninstalling it did the trick.
Hm. Could it be that the Cerberus network requires a particular port to be open, which most firewalls leave closed?

I'm pretty fed up by this problem now and don't care about any additional DLC anymore. The one that originally came with the game I can only play already when I use methods that I doubt the producers had in mind when they were programming this game.

Anyways my problem is when i start up mass effect too and try to hit connect on the Cerberus network it says that it requires an internet connection. with i have otherwise i wouldn't be making this post. I use a modem and not a touter it a private home line, it not the firewall or ports as i've tryed opening the ports and i turned off the firewall to check. No idea what it is, i've tryed reinstalling the game, didn't think that would help, it didnt but it was worth a shot.

I was able to redeem all the promo codes and my Cerberus network card at launch, but now I can not check for official DLC because it is telling me I am NOT connected and need to pay to join.
Its confusing. You don't go to the Offical DLC page, instead go to your Registered Game Promotions Page and you should have a new item called Cerberus Weapon and Armor available to download.

I have not logged into Cerberus for a while and could access my DLC offline since installing the game and DLC for the first time on 2010/02/29. I then logged in today for the first time since, to download the Cerberus Armour DLC. I installed it, and played for a while still logged into Cerberus.
I then quit, went offline(we have internet cap limits in South Africa) and tried to go back in to ME2, but right after cancelling the login to Cerberus I was greeted with a message "Unable to verify the following DLC". I then proceeded to log back into Cerberus to 'verify" the DLC, but after going offline again I was again greeted by the very frustating "Unable to verify the following DLC".
After a lot of trouble shooting I realised the culprit is the 'BioPersistentEntitlementCache.ini' located in the located under Users\\\\*User Profile*\\\\Documents\\\\BioWare\\\\Mass Effect 2\\\\BIOGame\\\\Config folder. As soon as this file updates by logging in to Cerberus, I am no longer allowed to play the DLC offline. If I replace it with one from my previous backed up saves, I am allowed to play offline, even the new Cerberus Armour DLC.
Is this a policy change that was quitly sneaked through by EA/Bioware whereby you are only allowed to play the DLC whilst online? or a just a bug?
I can replicate the bug or 'Enhanced gameplay feature' /images/forum/emoticons/andy.png everytime, just by logging in to Cerberus.
PS if the bug is that I am allowed to play the DLC whilst NOT logged into Cerberus, then forget I said anything /images/forum/emoticons/whistling.png

If I remember correctly a temp fix for this is to have the camera facing the left side of the room when positioning the shields. The ME Wiki goes into more detail, I'll try to find a link.kahner wrote...
Just want to put this out there somewhere where BioWare might see it... there's a crash in Jarrahe Station with the laser/reflector puzzle. Reflector 2 being in any position but the one that allows the laser to pass through it to number 3 causes my game to crash every time.
Found the link;
"Bugs
After reaching the research lab, repositioning the reflective armor so that the beam fires into the wall may result in a crash. Currently, there is no patch for the bug. You can, however, prevent the crash from occuring by moving all the mirrors aside from the one that would alter the path of the beam. When all mirrors aside from that one are positioned correctly, look away from the beam and the reactor, and the game should not crash to desktop."
