need help!
besides cerberus network,i also cannot get my collecter armor,IE shows:cannot reconize my redeem code
I'm having the exact same problems right now.
In-game, after typing in my Cerberus Network code, I get the error "Communication with the Mass Effect 2 server was interrupted or timed out. Please try again later."
Also, on social.bioware.com's code redemption page, neither the Cerberus Network code, or my Collector's Armor code work.
Whee. <_<
Having the same issue here as well, come on BioWare/EA you've had how long to work this out?
I have the 1688108 card; looks like they didn't solve the Collector's Edition fiasco after all.
/sigh
I think it's worth noting that I also have one of those 1688108 cards. Good work on the
script that automatically applies Cerberus Network membership to those who punch in their Collector Armor codes, guys! Guess what? The Collector Armor codes don't work, either.
Anyways, I figured I'd check up on this before work this morning, and
damn. It's the same situation as yesterday. You'd think EA and Bioware would at least make the error message less generic if they're having problems on their end. Oh yeah, this
is EA I'm talking about. The same EA I said I'd never buy a game from again... Until they f***ing bought Bioware.
You know, I definitely try to support the companies who make great games. Right now, though, I'm wondering why I didn't just grab one of the zillions of torrents out there. If extra bundled pieces of the game at retail w/DLC incentives are EA's ways of making PC versions worth buying, they need to make damn sure the product works before wasting their customer's time.
I want to support the guys at Bioware as I have been since 2002 (yeah, I jumped on board with NWN, and not BG), but EA does what EA does. It's a damn shame they bought you out. I can't remember these kinds of problems with Atari publishing.
Venting makes me feel better. <3 Bioware.
