Hey guys, I just got off the line with EA support and they got the issue solved right away for me. I recommend using their live chat support as I had no problem with it.:)

I'm sure that works just fine, provided you get to the head of the queue before it automatically cancels you after thirty minutes. This is one of the most baffling tech issues I've seen.

Yeah, I had to use Internet Explorer instead of Firefox, which I normally use. It kept kicking me while using Firefox, but when I used IE I got in on the first try. I just don't understand why this whole mess hasn't been fixed after nearly a month has passed since release.

What version of ME2 we need to have to get Free or any DLC cause my want do that, and I couldn’t find other version to buy on the market in my country.And now i am stuck with this striped one with plenty of serious bugs with my ATI 4870GPU (driver patches dont work) a spatial one is when all team go up stuck up in that area in Flying Mode kill the game and start over.Any suggestions or ideas what went wrong?

Just beware those requesting a new code regarding collector items.



I bought the steam deluxe version, the promo key didnt work and the EA rep gave me another code over chat. Except I only realized its just a collector code and does not include the incisor rifle which should also come with it.

I spent an hour on the phone with EA tech support after giving up on the chat thing. Dude fixed it right away within five minutes after I got through the extended hold. It's really disappointing that they don't have this working out of the box, but credit where it's due for their handling when I finally got through.

Everyone having problems, try redeeming your original promo key again. Finally worked for me.


And as I expected, the replacement key I asked from the EA rep is not for the digital deluxe version but rather the regular collector version. No bloody wonder why I couldnt find the incisor rifle.

Activating with my original code again finally gave me the rifle.

ive tried all these for the cerberus network card and still nothing has changed... it gave me the collectors armor and i still dont have my cerberus network

Live chat is located under the "email us" heading. Go through the motions (select platform, then game, etc.). Once you've done all this, 2 links appear. Send an email and chat live. Chat live will only appear during operating hours ( 9:00-9:00), but I can't remember if it's est or pst.

It finally worked for me, but I will still never purchase another title that has the EA stamp on it.

Hello. Any idea why the game stopped autologging to Cerberus network? I have to fill in my email and password EVERY time. This started after my game crashed and I lost achievements, so I replaced my player1.prf file with somebody else's. Anything related to that perhaps?

Go to Options -> Online and check whether Auto-login is turned on.

I can't log into the Cerberus network.

It has been like this for days now. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection.

@ Lord Dakaris...Had the exact thing happen to me after a crash to desktop. I went into my firewall settings and switched my application settings for ME2 from "auto" to "allow all". The game is up and running again but some of my DLC is *inaccessible "can't verify DLC - blood dragon armor, inferno armor". It's even more frustrating in that my profile clearly shows the content is downloaded and available. I also cannot apply my codes again because I get a message indicating that they've already been used. Well, duh....yeah they've been used; used by me and I don[t have access to the content.

*edit - inaccesible.

I have the same problem with AndyCobra and tried to redeem my ME 2 CE promotion code redemption but all it said was :



No response received from remote server... please check your Registered Game Promotions page to confirm if your promotion has been registered.

I cant activate right now either. I talked to EA's support line and they told me that I need to try again in a couple of hours/days. This shouldn't be that hard.

I started with an Infiltrator, then did Vanguard and Sentinel, so I was really using the sniper rifles, heavy pistols and shotguns more than anything else. After recently starting my Soldier playthrough on insanity difficulty I realized I could really use that CE rifle right about now, so I finally dug through my stuff and discovered the little flyer thingy that has the code on it, but then ran into the same problem as Dillios and DextarianJarus. I had it for the last two days or so up until a few minutes ago--it just activated now. Don't know if this will be universal, but it's probably as good a time as any to give it another try.

Thanks to whoever got this working!

I purchased and downloaded the Digital Deluxe version from Gamestop and I never received any codes outside the game registration code. I'm not sure whether or not that's because my internet connection went down while it was installing or because Gamestop failed to deliver what is rightfully mine...



But has anybody else not even recived the actual cerberus code? I poked around online but I didn't find anything...

I am having a hell of a time... I own both Dragon Age and Mass Effect 2. I registered both games here on the bioware site and redeemed the blood armor content for both. The Dragon Age content worked 1st time without a snap. I'll be damned if I can get the Blood Armor registered for Mass Effect 2. I got the content downloaded from this site - but when I log in the game tells me content is not recognized, please log in with the account I registered the armor under... of course when i do - it wants me to pay for a new key.... not a happy customer right now. We should be able to register and download with one freakin' account - /sigh
