If you bought the game, you should have a nice red 2 under your avatar :P but you don't.. like me.. that bought the game.. but living in Europe I'll have to wait the 29th and I hope *luckly* for me, for that date it should all be fixed.. hopefully..

when i attempted to redeem the code on my card for the cerebus network it said the code had already been used and cannot be used again. i just took this out of the box. it does have 1688108 at the bottom right. the collector armor and rifle redeemed fine.

this is bull**** ive been on hold for an hour and they conveniantly keep 'dropping' my call, ive also been online waiting to chat to them 3 times and they keep cancelling after. so disappointed in EA

Has anyone tried creating the account via Cerberus? It seems to be at least responding to invalid password or missing details - i haven't actually tried creating a valid account, just wonder. :)

I have one of the 1688108 cards and I really appreciate the quick action you folks have taken to get  the problem cleared up.

EA is one of the worst companies to ever exist. They didn't get where they are in the industry by making good games or providing reliable service, they got there with brute force tactics and by eating all competition alive. They are a blight on the entire industry.

So what, since I added my cerberus activation code to my EA account, I'm not going to be able to play the game I just bought until 9... ****ING... PM, my time zone? Fantastic. I'm glad I ran right out and bought it after classes today.

just to comment if its any help. I bought the PC collectors edition about 16 hours ago. and my cerberus network code wasnt working like most people here. It is however working now, without me having to tweak anything.

My game is stuck at "please wait..."



I redeemed my code online through the social network and I was able to download the DLCs', but when I launch the game and click any button to enter it tells me that my DLCs' are not validated.



Should I wait until 9:00 pm eastern time to get it right?



I have ME2 CE btw.

My cerberus network code wasnt working about 15 hours ago. It is working now however, without much tweaking at all.

My product activation key doesn't work. I've tried contacting EA via the webchat interface but when it came to be my turn it disconnected me.



I bought Mass Effect 2 collectors edition and I have the cerbus card thingy but I can't even get to that point cause I CAN'T INSTALL THE GAME.

I don't suppose the "timeout" and dropped connections are connected to this "please wait" "bug" that people are talking about. Could it be that the login and register servers are just plain overloaded? Everyone who bought the game on Steam has been decrypting, downloading, and probably trying to register since they unlocked it about two hours ago. Or maybe the EA servers are having trouble authenticating all the new accounts that have undoubtedly been created over the last few hours.



I am experiencing the "please wait" issue..which is really only annoying because I can't just cancel the connection and start playing to worry about it later. If you're waiting to get your DLC from the Cerberus Network deal, it's actually easier just to register and redeem on the bioware redemption page and manually download/install the DLC. You can't use it yet, but at least it saves time.

Ya Mine was borked yesterday,but i just logged on game and poof,there it is up and running.Dl the new stuff now :)

So how exactly does one link your bioware account to your xbox 360 account...Or is there another way to get the armor with the redemption code on xbox live?

Every code has worked fine on Bioware's end, I just can't get through the Please Wait... in game. I'm sure it's just server lag, but yeesh.
