I registered my cerberus code in game and when I click 'downloadable content' it sends me to the right site, but asks me to redeem a code or buy the ceberus activation again. What's up with this?

Go to your Registered Game Promotions Page instead, also accessed in-game by clicking on "New Content Available" from the main menu.  "Downloadable Content" takes you to the page where the Cerberus Network is available for purchase if you don't have it, and where in the future new DLC may be made available for purchase.

Are you logging into both games with the same Account/email address?  If you are logging into Mass Effect 2 with a different account then you redeemed the Blood Dragon Armor with for Dragon Age, then it won't work, the content is associated with the email address.  You will need to get EA Support to transfer all the content to the same account.

I have the same problem, doesn't matter if I hit continue or cancel it just hangs on the Cerberus login-screen

I can't seem to log on to the Cerberus system? It just hangs at "please wait" Any ideas why this might be? I disabled my firewall and it still hangs. Anyone else experiencing this?[/quote]

Since the game has launched I have not been able to log into the cerberus network it hangs and then says connection has timed out. Proper ports are opened etc and customer support gives me the run around that it will be fixed even though it hasn't for the past month. Beyond frustrated with this any insight to how I could find a solution would be much appreciated!

I bought a MASSEFECT2 from the store one week ago. I have activated the CERBERUS NETWORK by using the Single-use code. Later on, I have downloaded and set up the DLC's.





Everything seemed normal so far. But When I logged on my E-Mail address, unfortunately I deactivated my E-Mail Address by mistake. I found out this problem when I just entered the game. Because CERBERUS NETWORK did not connect.





I would like to activate my E-Mail adddress which provides my single-use code. It will be highly appreciated when you help me to solve my urgent problem as soon as possible.

I bought and downloaded ME 2 on my computer. Started up the game and parts of the game is tinted yellow. In fact, the whole screen is yellow so I can't even play it. Is this my graphics card or whatever?

systems specs:

1. OS: Windows XP SP3

2. CPU: 2.4 GHz Core Processor 4600+ (not sure if that's correct)

3. RAM: 3.25 GB for Windows XP

4. VIDEO: I suspect it's probably this that's causing it: Radeon X1300 series

5. AUDIO: DirectX 9.0c compatible

6. DirectX 9.0c August 2008

So how do I fix this? (Please don't tell me it costs money...)

There is no fix for holding onto a five year old cheaper video card past all possible use you could have gotten out of it The game will NEVER run at all correctly on that old dinosaur.

The X1300 was never a gaming card, ever, and now, it's merely an elderly, obsolete business graphics card.

Once you get rid of the tinting screen effect (probably bad video drivers, but could also be a corrupted Dx9 API), you will be left looking at objects on the screen you cannot interact with at any screen resolution above 640 by 480 (at best, at 800 by 600).  Truth.

When I first got ME2, I had no problem with logging into the Cerberus Network. Now, I haven't been able to log in for the past three weeks. Don't know what's going on... I've no other network problems, so I don't see why this should be happening. I hope this changes before the Hammerhead comes out.

I don't see anyone else posting about this problem, so I assume it's my PC settings or software. Every half hour to an hour, my screen freezes. I use Control+Alt+Delete or the Window's Start key to get back to my desktop, but the graphics go nuts immediately, and I receive an error message that says, "The nv4_disp driver has stopped working normally..." Can anyone tell me what's going on and how I can stop it? Thanks!

I just went to download the new Heavy Weapon and it seems I've lost my ability to access the cerberus network. The game prompts me to purchase it (it's always been listed as available for purchase on DLC website link like some of you mentioned). I no longer have my original access code (it was one-time use anyway). Anyone know what to do or who to contact?

I played ME2 for around 15 hours and then I upgraded my CPU and RAM and ever since I've been unable to run the game.When I start it I get as far as the "Press any key to continue" then the music stutters when I click a key/mb and the game crashes to desktop.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling (kept my save games though) but get the same problem every time.Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I'm trying not to lose my saves but I may have to bite the bullet and uninstall everything including the saves and settings (or even worse have to reinstall Windows Vista 64

I entered my cerberus code ingame (I have the pc deluxe version), and now when I want to download the Arc rifle it tells me that I cant go to the DLC because I dont have teh cerberus code activated, I can redeem or buy it, but I already have the collector armor and the cerberus armor ingame, so I must have activated it... + it shows the pc's on the main screen.



Any help?

I seem to be having a similar problem, my game was working a few hours ago, then all of a sudden when I downloaded new content the game has started acting weird, it's slower than before, black lines keeping running down the screen and in game I can barely move, I have no idea what's going on or how to fix it, I tried uninstalling and re-installing but does not seem to have worked, it was still doing those strange things even before I downloaded all the content off this website.

I feel we are the Beta Testers for this Cerberus Network fiasco for the DLCs as its obvious this wasn't properly tested before the release judging from the huge number of complaints I am seeing. The codes I received from Steam worked fine (I thought) as I was able to get the DLC and signed on to Cerberus. The first signs of trouble started when I tried to install the downloads and a pop up in Win7 said downloads didn't install correctly. Sure enough the Cerberus Network said DLC not recognized. Now the Cerberus network won't even connect anymore because I switched to manuel connection then back to auto in options to make sure my settings were correct. Now it wants me to buy a new code! Well I went through the motions to buy a new code and it says I already purchsed it. Duh! In my Bioware account it shows all my DLC's are there to download too. Went to EA Live Chat which was a hour wait. They were not able to figure out the problem either and was told they would elevate my problem and receive email when a solution is found. Funny thing is the Blood Armor DLC from Dragon Age worked fine. Alsp playing ME2 says my Incisor rifle is in the Armory (no it isn't) so game thinks I have the DLC installed. This game has been out how many months now and no fis yet.

When logging in I did not remember my password,but I got a new that allowed me to log in.That´s good,but the DLC:s has left the building.Reinstalled them successfully but they dissappeard in cyberspace.No connection to Cerberus network either.No access to saved games because DLC is missing.Works start a new game but without DLC.Did the patch 1.01 screw something up?I do not know.In this game everything seems possible except playing it proper.

is that not a question that may need an answer. A LARGE number of people STILL can not get past this part of the game. Some of these people range from having top of the line systems all the way down to bare bones. I have a system that meets the technical specs required on the label, yet I can't get past this crash, and have tried everything to fix it.  It is a MAJOR problem that needs to be addressed and has taken up many posts on the technical forum. Since BioWare does not seem to care about what is being posted on the tech forum, (and its customers) I thought I would ask it here, because if there is no interest in fixing it I should remove this crap from my system to make room for something that actually works.

Gaider and  Wachter are the Bioware people attempting to interact directly with gamers on the forums, and Gaider is exclusively Dragon Age.  Support is EA's bailiwick.  They are also the only place to log a request for a refund for selling you defective goods. 

Here in this forum, as you can see in the subtitle here, you are venting to other gamers, so if that's all you want to do, as I had asked, you could have just said so instead of going on and on.
