Uhm, hi. I downloaded the Cerberus Network content. But for some reason it ended up in my Pictures file(NOT the Game pictures, my General PC pictures)



Which file must I send the downloads to, to successfully obtain the content?

I bought a MASSEFECT2 from the store one week ago. I have activated the CERBERUS NETWORK by using the Single-use code. Later on, I have downloaded and set up the DLC's.


Everything seemed normal so far. But When I logged on my E-Mail address, unfortunately I deactivated my E-Mail Address by mistake. I found out this problem when I just entered the game. Because CERBERUS NETWORK did not connect.


I would like to activate my E-Mail adddress which provides my single-use code. It will be highly appreciated when you help me to solve my urgent problem as soon as possible.

i hear ya baranbora... i'm facing the same problem myself. is it possible for us go get another CERBERUS NETWORK code? although i've ME 2 registered to tis account, i'd very much appreciate it if i could get back my CERBERUS NETWORK access from the deactivated one tat came 2gtr wif the game.. i dont wanna juz  burn away all those DLCs, not 2 mention the upcoming "HammerHead" DLC tat has the additional 5 missions wif it.. please help.

To Any Moderator:
  I was one of the unlucky few that were provided the wrong codes with my digital download of ME2 so got the Collectors Armor and Weapons DLC instead of the Cerberus DLC and I can't access the Cerberus Network either. I paid extra for the deluxe version and not my fault for this mix up. My question is why can't someone provide me the proper codes. so I can play this game? EA is aware of the mix up and supposedly are working on a script to fix. Again why not provide me the codes instead of making me wait which has been several weeks now?

I've got ME2 on my X360, and a Cerberus Network account for it. I've just added ME2 to my PC, and when I redeemed my Cerberus Network code for the PC, it's not letting me activate any of my DLC. I download and install everything I can get from Bioware, and I get a message on the Main Menu saying I cannot access any of the DLC I just installed.



WTF do I do?

PC version - The console will not allow entering more than eight digits in the password slot. My EA Online Account password is longer than eight digits so I cannot login to the Cerberus Network.

Any known solutions?

In the interest of keeping the game a fresh experience, i wanted to wait at least until the hammerhead DLC arrived for a replay. When Arc Projector came, i installed it however and went into an older save file to check it out, everything worked.
Yesterday, because hammerhead has been announced, i started up ME2 just to mess around, maybe start a new game, but suddenly it just won't connect to cerberus network.

it says: communication with mass effect 2 server was interrupted or has timed out.
clicking okay prompts a message stating my previously PERFECTLY functioning DLC can't be authorized and that i should log in to Cerb. Network.
i am constantly logged in here and on ea.

WTF!! can anyone help me for the love of GOD? i usually can keep my cool if i can find at least two pages on google to scour through, but there seems to be no information on this.

I haven't changed anything on the pc, aside from reinstalling c&c3 and after checking around, apparently this isn't going on for anyone else.

I currently can't register my Steam ME2 game here on the Bioware site. Game key doesn't work with or without dashes.

Why can't I access the Cerberus Network anymore on this website? I know I did everything right, put the right code in, but it still directs me to "purchasing CN for 1200 BP" Can someone please tell me wtf is going on? I can't access it directly from this website, but I can from the game itself? What kind of a **** are we dealing with right now? :|



And when I go to Cerberus Network, from my game, it always directs me to the "alternate costume pack" instead of the normal menu with all the download choices. And when I go back to that menu, I can't even see the alternate costume pack and firewalker download 0_o

nah. already tried most options, nothing seems to work.

i've tried port forwarding, firewall exception, firewall removal, reinstall, editing some other bull**** in command prompt, updating patch, checking with ea, checking with bioware, trying to remove previous dlc, shot of whiskey, nervous breakdown, posting my distress everywhere with noone answering and finally hating the world and liking bioware less.

I am a little confused... The main menu shows both computers (one on the right giving me dlc updates and whatnot), but when ever I visit the official DLC section on the website it is asking me to buy Cerberus network or redeem a code.

EDIT: I was able to download current DLC just fine.

Maybe there server is down for the intigration, if so... give us a server down message or something.. not that our account isn't valid... So anoyed. Little over sights, or big problems? (some times the same thing) I tried the "Free" version of the first game, liked it, bought it to suport the company making it, pre-ordered this one with out hesitation because the first one was so good, and this one is great! however... these issues keep up, along with the DLC needing to be verified online EVERY time... then I'll no longer be a "paying" customer when ME3 hits... Please remove your heads from your rears and stop punishing paying customers... it only drives us to be "non-paying" customers... Making things so strict and so hard for those of us that have paid for the game only makes us (at least me) think "Why the hell did I pay them when the hacked version works with out any of this bs"  I say this after reading all the problems people here have had after purchasing the game and not being able to play it.

No matter what your security any one with they abillity to hit "Google" can now get any game out there for free, we buy to suport you so that you can make more games that we love. Instead of developing more DLC, like some stupid costume... get these peoples problems fixed and show the customers you apreciate them for actually buying the game.

PS: "Then" make us some nifty DLC lol...

What link did you follow to download the DLC? All I get are clothes.

That's the link I'm using to access my DLC. I can only view my current DLC by entering that link manually ... I'm sure it's not suppose to work that way.
