Hi!



Recently I have massive problems with the registrations of Mass Effect 2 and my Cerberus Netwotk key. I'be bought the game on the release day and since then was member of the cerberus network. Everytime I start a game I was connected without problems. But if I am surfing on the social.bioware.com site with a started game they want a redeem code from me and dont get it, that I've already entered the code ... Oo



So I thought I perhaps needed to register my version of Mass Effect 2 and try to redo it and now they didn't want the serial key either.



So I can't download the actual DLC and get sick about theese problems. Oo



Anyone know what to do? Thanks!

Upon installing my game I entered the Cerberus Network code online in order to download the DLC. I downloaded some stuff, no worries. However the next time I came back to the site to download the remaining DLC, it required me to re-enter the code. I found this strange, but it allowed me anyway and I downloaded the Zaeed DLC. Today, the Firewalker DLC was released: I logged on, again finding that I had to re-enter my code. Today however it tells me that my code has already been used... I have been logged on to my Bioware account all three times, and can see no reason why my code would disappear like this. Any solutions?

I have exactly the same problem and no solution yet.

But on one of the other threads I found this link http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php which leads directly to the DLC list. You can download the Firewalker-DLC from there.

It is now five weeks since I was last able to log into the Cerberus Network. I used to have no problems with it whatsoever. Now it always times out, even when I'm perpetually logged into the Bioware social site.



Is there going to be any help on this front at all?

You are asking about a SITE problem in a GAME forum. The Site Forum's the place to deal with this, and actually get attention from someone at Bioware, eventually.

Well, sorry. Since I was having problems in-game (i.e. getting the game to recognise the content I've downloaded), not with the site (i.e. downloading the content), I thought I should post here. But thanks for telling me the right place!

OMG! I've got a problem. Now whenever I start up ME2, at the main menu screen it says "Unable to authorize the DLC... Alternate appearance pack 1".. what gives?? I didn't have this problem at all until just now. Yes I paid for the DLC and installed it and everything was working properly yesterday. There is no way for me to check if I have the alternate costumes because i started a new career and deleted my old saves.. please help!

I keep getting an ad to purchase the Cerberus Network. I have already received the bonus for it and correctly downloaded and installed it. It was working in the past and I was able to download DLC for Cerberus Armor and Arc but I cannot download Firewalker because I am told to purchase the Cerberus Network.  Can anyone help please.  Thanks

Yeah... a lot of people (me included) are having this very issue. Have not read a single thing that would resolve it.

Just to clarify this for several people:

You get your Cerberus Network content from Profile->Your Registered Game Promotions on the left side of this site.   When new content is released it will be added to that page.  If you go there now you should see the Firewalker Pack has been added to your list of DLC.

If you go to the Official DLC Page it will always show the Cerberus Network as being available for purchase.  That is because it is a page to show what DLC is available for purchase (as it now also shows the Appearance pack.)  Once you have redeemed your code or bought the content there is no need to go to that page again.

Hi people, i just bought the Mass Effect 2 Deluxe Digital Edition, but i dont know how to get my bonuses (collector armor and weapon, incision rifle and the others...) can anyone help me please? Oh, and btw... i got the 3 cd keys... STEAM said i should enter those codes after the game was launched.... but the game never asked me.

Ok, i just got my bonuses... but When i try to get those new content, im only able to get Alternate Appearance Pack 1 (Garrus, Thane, Jack) but i dont want it....i want the new missions... how do i download them?

I really think that this cerberus code thing was stupid.... ive already activated it but when i want to download some stuff it asks me to redeem code again.... or to buy another... whats the point of this?

I put my code in online, on the same account I use in game and it hasn't registered in the game. What is going on? I bought the game online with EADM and the cerberus code I got with it hasn't registered.

Cerberus Network won't connect anymore. Last time I played the game shortly after patch 1.01 was released it worked fine. I tried to install and play the game again to try the firewalker dlc and now I keep getting a "Communication with the Mass Effect 2 server was interupted..." error and it can't authorize my dlc. So I cant play anything but the vanilla game and my characters are all locked out because they use dlc.



I have the Steam digital deluxe version and am running Windows 7 64-bit. Like I said, it used to work and it isn't a router port issue.

Hm, seems like this game came out a tad to early. So much for BETA huh? So far the only problem i am having is that when i log in, i get a critical error shutdown (and only with ME2), and when i can get on to play, i only get about a half second window to talk to ppl ingame. The little blue square thing comes up, but i gotta be pretty damn fast with the spacebar to interact with them. This only happened after i got DLC. Guess its time to delete all ME2 stuff from my comp, and just play with no DLC. Or its back to World of Warcraft.....

For those unable to connect to cerberus network, try this:



Start->Run->cmd

type the following command:

netsh interface tcp set global rss=disabled autotuninglevel=disabled chimney=disabled congestionprovider=none ecncapability=disabled timestamps=disabled



Thing is, EA's in-game authentication mechanism is extremely sensitive to anything deviating from the expected tcp/ip stack, so having any of that stuff enabled causes it to time out.



Anyways, my problem is I purchased DLC, went to the user entitlements page, and it's not listed for download. Hasn't been listed for download for well over a half-hour now. Just wondering how ****ing long I'm supposed to wait.
