The account that you registered cerberus with on here, so Swede74, is the account that you must use when logging in to cerberus.

sorry if it's already been covered but I don't have a lot of time to read through this thread. I'm just wondering if there's any way to be able to access the dlc without connecting to the cerberus network. I've registered my game, redeemed my code (the one you get with buying the game) and downloaded a few of the packs (zaeed and one other one were too big), and found out that I can't play them because I can't connect to cerberus.

Worse, I found I couldn't even play my xbox copy of ME2 (yeah I have it for two systems) because I did download the dlc from xbox live, and now that I'm deployed to Afghanistan, with no internet, it says the save game is corrupt (i'm assuming because of no internet connection).

So I'm assuming the answer is no, but I'm hoping that Bioware remembers that not everyone has internet, and not everyone is out there to hurt them with piracy.

Hi, I purchased bio-ware points under the wrong e-mail /so I lost those and had to re-purchase them again and re-installed. I had a remainer of 240 left and applied them to the festival but can't download .What do I do???

Last time I played ME2 in June and it was fine. I tried today and the game does not recognize any of my DLC, including the Cerberus network. And I purchased ALL DLC AND, btw, 800 BW points, dammit.
I tried DA:O and it does not work either -- the game does not react when I push the "play" button. I am even unable to log into my EA account, although I am still logged in to my BW one.

Another problem is that my email address changed after I created this account (that's right, email address listed in my profile does not exist any more) and I can't for the life of me figure out how to change it, since the option is missing. I suppose this is a part of the "clever" DRM scheme? Now I cannot even request to reset my password. Of course I sent email to tech support some time ago and asked for help. Guess what? Nobody bothered to reply.

So, what am I supposed to do? Create a new account, re-register the game and buy stuff anew? And forget about my 800 points? Yes, I could do that but I am too pissed at EA and BW right now to willingly pay for the same product twice.

There is a help forum specifically for problems with points. There is also a separate forum for problems with the web site, but it is about 90% useless. The official support is strictly on EA's web site, not here.

Alright, this issue is similar to those above, but i think i may have really screwed up and now can't associate any DLC/Cerberus code with my game.



When i first logged into the game and it asked me for my EA account info, i guess i entered it incorrectly because it was rejected and i was unable to log onto my EA account...I only use one email address and a handful of possible passwords for games etc. I was able to install and play the game, but i'm 99% sure it isn't associated with an EA account.



When I try to register the game online with my CD key (i purchased the game at Direct2Drive.com) it says it's not a valid CD key. similarly, it rejects my Cerberus code that i recieved as a part of that transaction. what can i do? i dunno how to go about fixing this, and it is extremely frustrating.

I had a steam ME2 and was able to use cerbeus from day 1.

no w new DLC came u so i decidet po refresh my memory and play ME2 again



So i bought everything up cous i RESPECTED the game. But i use cerberus now becaus of this message: "communication with server was interupted or timed out" blah blah"



So i bought a new cerberus key with bioware points, and gues what? same message. then i thoughts: "Ok, maybe the problem is in registeries?!" i uninstaled game with "my uninstalerPRO" cleared all regs, cleaned whole damn thing with CCcleaner, and instaled steam with Mass effect again (5 hours)

Than gues what ? Yes you are RIIIIIIIIIIIGHT! i got this massege: ""communication with serrver was interrupted or timed out plesa wait,, and by the way CongratS!! you got f***ed! Do you want to do it again?""



So i bought a normav digital ver. in EA store, uninstuled old one instaled new one And entered my accaunt info. (couldnt do it before, even throu i deactivaited "auto log in")

Guess what? ... RIIIIIIIGHT!



So i m currently writing from my 3 bioware acc. Cous i realy want to play for a few days.

It says my key is already in use, tho i once activated it the computer on the right side is not open, this pisses me off

I was gifted the game via Direct2Drive from my fiance, I registered the game key with EA and I can't even play ME2, it's telling me that the game key isn't even associated with my email and that when I try to enter it, it's invalid.

Wonderful. :|

ETA: NM, issue has been fixed.
