Cerberus was giving me the same problem everyone else was experiencing, but they fixed it on their end. It's all good now! for myself anyway....anyone else's work? just log in to me2, dont keep putting your code in over and over. once is enough, bioware has it on their end.

P.S. THANK YOU BIOWARE!!!! Your game is amazing!

Wait - is everyone who said their problem is fixed referring to the 'please wait' problem or the redeem codes already being in use problem? I have a 1688108 card, it's past 6 PST and both my Cerberus card and Collector's Edition armor codes are being bounced back as already in use.

I have a new problem... Someone has somehow redeemed my Cerberus code. Which wouldn't be so bad if they didn't hide who I am supposed to call to get this fixed.

Give it time. I had the same problem...I believe that the servers that handle this is a bit overwhelmed.

I still have the same issue. It is now 9pm (6pm pst) and it still shows my cerberus network code is in use (1688108card).



Boy, I'm sure glad I paid $60 for the CE and another $6 for release day delivery. Oh, and let's not forget waiting until 9pm to try again!



This is *awsome*! It doesn't taint the whole game playing experience at all (that is *when* I can play the game with the content I paid for!)

I have a great idea EA,  Lets not try this silly "Cerberus Code" Idea again, and let people load up their characters using the onboard loader that you forced people to type in a code to use!  It's a pretty poor way to do business, and is even WORSE of a blunder than your slight on Dragon Age.

Yes give us a number to call or... Fix this problem. Apparently you issued versions of the Collectors Edition with the same damn passwords or something and I would like to see it fixed immediately. PS Where is your damn Tech Support Number? I'd like to call in and see if this can just be fixed...

Well I logged out of the game for a little bit... Came back and Cerberus now seems to be working so... I dunno if they did something or if it was just a wierd glitch but it appears tro be over for me.

ya thats what mine said at first but after a while i tried again on this website and it registered it but it still wont register it on the game .  i think the servers are just overloaded

I pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition of Mass Effect 2 and am able to play the game but have not received any codes to get the bonus content. Also I have tried to log into the cerberus network and could not. Any Ideas?

How can you tell your DLC is installed? I've got the PC Steam deluxe version with the extra DLC. I redeemed the codes online here, d/led and installed all of them before Cerberus Network was up and running. Now I can access the CN but it still says New Content Available in game which when clicked on just brings me back to this site where I can d/l everything again if I want.

Does anyone have a phone number or email address where we can direct customer service questions to EA or Bioware or whoever is behind validating codes? If I'm going to be scammed out of $15 to buy a new Cerberus code, I at least want to be told so by an EA employee.

Im still having issues concerning connection in general.. i go to login and it says "Connection to ME 2 server has been interrupted or has timed out. please try again later.  wth lol im so anxious to play but dont ever want to bother until i can get by this.  also right after i click login to EA it asks for my guardians email .. lol pretty sure im old enough to play .  please if anyone could shed some light on this it would be much appreciated. thank you

i installed the game and have disc one in my pc but when i go to play the game it says it cant authenticate the disc and i just bought the damn game at gamestop today anyone have any solutions for me?
