I purchased the Collector's Edition from Best Buy and installed it today. I tried to redeem the Cerberus code in game, and was told it was already in use. I tried the website, and got the same thing. This all happened at 7:00pm PST. The card I have has 1688108 in the corner.



Please fix this. This is the first game I've ever bought the Collector's Edition, and it's leaving a very bad taste in my mouth right now.

 Signed up using same Email as Live Acct. Entered code it didnt ask for my gamertag; the code was redeemed but doesnt show on Cerberus. Turns out my gamertag does not show under my email. Theres no way to go back and add my tag, whos bright idea was this?

Also experiencing the same problem. PC Collectors Edition, codes already in use, Card has 1688108 in the corner, 7:30 PM PST.

I'm also still having this same issue. Continuing to get the 'Please wait...' message and server timeout connecting to Cerberus. Roommate on same network connects fine.

You know what'd be awesome? If someone from BioWare would say that they are aware there is still a problem. I have to get to bed now as I have an early morning tomorrow, and I'd really sleep better if I had some confirmation that I'm not going to be at this same point when I get home from work.



Oh, and a phone # of whoever we can call if there is still a problem would be great...(note to self: never pay for release day delivery again).

It is still telling me my 1688108 card is in use. Hopefully come tomorrow it will work.

im still having a wierd issue. i got my game to register here online so now it says i have it here on the website but when i log in on the game it says i need to enter a code and i enter it in and it just tells me its already been used

lol i cant even log in ingame .. asks for my legal guardians email which is funny cause im 25 .. then gives me the server connection problem wwhich i talked about in my last post. well i might as well get mass effect 1 for pc .. beat it on xbox but hey guess what . cant import my save from it so ehh time to level again lol.

Edit:  My card has 1688108 in the bottom corner, if that helps at all.

I have a 1688108 card and it gave me the collector's edition weapon and armor not Cerebus network...

Just purchased the game from Best Buy, brand new, and the Cerberus code is "in use." That's fantastic.

I pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition of Mass Effect 2 and am able to play the game but have not received any codes to get the bonus content. Also I have tried to log into the cerberus network and could not. Any Ideas?

for all folks who have their 1688108 cards. Please open up the game and login using the same ea online account as the one they used on bioare social. you should be automatically entitled to cerberus now, even though your card has already redeemed.



technically we gave you cerberus network linked to your account, so forget about the code alltogether

what about the whole product key thing. i logged it in fine on the website but the game wont except it?

the product key isnt used anywhere for promotional items.

the promotional item keys you still have to redeem here.

Starting game just shows closed laptop with a "connect" button. Hitting the button just takes me to the "enter code" page.

Still no success, it is still prompting to enter the code and the code still reports in use.
