I am still having an issue with the Cerberus Network. Its still not active in my account and it says my code is redeemed. Same goes with my collectors armor.

Any word yet on the "AWC.dll The game cannot launch because of a misconfiguration. Please reinstall your  game and try again" issue?

Mine still just gives me the option to either redeem a code (mine is "already in use") or purchase a new one.

Same here...I opened the game and clicked connect, which took me to the code redemption screen.

my is still having the problem of sitting at the please wait screen while trying to connect to cerberus and yes I have seen the thread about it being fixed but it hasn't helped mine at all.

try opening up the game, going intot he options, turning off auto-login. then restart the game, and the login prompt should come up at you. enter your bw social credentials in there

I did it as well.  Still asking for code.  Still saying its already in use.

I purchased the game through Gamestop digital download, and received my activation code tonight. The code was needed to finish installing the game. When I run the game, it asks me to log into my account and then use my activation key, which it doesn't accept.



On another thread, someone else mentioned they got it to work after running the game as an administrator, but this hasn't worked for me.

I've tried that.  It logs me in but sends me directly to the screen to redeem my Cerebus code.

Yes, tried it with auto login, tried it without, logged out and back in to social.bioware.com to make sure it was the same info (it is), still no joy.  I'm fairly certain that if it isn't showing up under Profile->"Your registered game promotions", it not going to work in game either. 

Can you please inform your bosses that their policies/management at this point are doing more to encourage NOT buying their games than they are doing to protect their games from piracy.

Damn. All this on day one.



My issue is I can't seem to import my ME1 saves.



I found the console, and the import utility. It just doesn't show any saves.



Is it just me, or is it yet another bug with Steam accounts?

gonna give u the steps and what its giving me

Started game--- clicked on comp to right that says connect to Cerberus network. Entered my info. Connect to ea online ...then it asks me for my guardians password.. seeing as how i dont have a guardian i created a fake email entered it .. then when i click accept i get .. Connection to Mass Effect 2 server was interrupted or has timed out. Please try again later. i havnt even gotten to the point of putting the code in . please anyone who knows how to resolve this please help

Can't contact EA concerning my Bonus content considering they don't have Mass Effect 2 listed as a supported game yet.
