I think it should be clarified whether or not the collector's edition Cerberus network card is any different from the regular. I bought both editions and put in both codes just in case there was any extra content.

I followed the instructions that came with the card and redeemed my code on this site, only to find after it didn't work that I was supposed to link my gamertag to my EA profile or whatever. I'm guessing I'm just screwed. EA hasn't gotten back to me and the only 'solution' provided is to 'make sure your gamertag is linked.' Oh gosh, if I'd known that it wouldn't be a problem.

hi i need help as i managed to get the redemption code for weapons but when i tried using the cereberus network activation code it says invalid..wth is wrong ?

my a/c are linked to my email to ea/me website but it still won't allow me to actiave..why ??

I dont have XBOX LIVE yet. I already activated my codes. When i do get LIVE and link accounts, will i still get the armour and cereberus network even though i activated before i got live?

My gamestop cerberus network code never and still doesn't work, even when I enter it online. It jsut says its invalid.And yes this account is linked to my gamertag. I read the instructions and it does not address this issue. This is bs, bioware.

im so angry!!!i waited months for my terminus armor and rifle and now i cant activate my codes because if enter the codes i might lose them!! i dont know how to link my XBL account and biowares account i need help and explenation!!good job bioware you just messed up ME2 for me you made my life angry

When you go on Mass Effect go to the EXTRAS on the main menu then go to options there you will be able to link the accounts by logging in. XBOX LIVE required.

Ok, so it looks like a ton of other people are having this problem, and I haven't seen a single reply from Bioware. Thanks. I love your games, but I won't be buying any more Collectors Editions or DLC from you guys. This sucks. And I realize it isn't Bioware doing this, it's EA and their infinite BS, but still...

Yay all my stuff is fixed, i contacted EA live chat and they told me my Gamertag was already linked, once i showed them the step by step guide THEY wrote and how i was stuck at step 6 they went and did something and suddenly my gamertag was in my persona list, so some EA database **** up i guess.

i gave up on the codes, i figured if i beat the game already wats the point in waiting any longer? loved the game it was truly awesome, but EA or Bioware....... wats the issue with the DLC? i entered them on the comp. and nothing! soooo..... i cant complain, it was a good tie over till feb. 9th

id love to get the terminus armor that i preordered for but i went lose any sleep over it lol

I redeemed my codes for my extra's for the game such as Collectors' Weapon and Armor and the
Terminus Weapon and Armor. it has registered them for the Pc version how do i change this to Xbox i have not downloaded it, it didnt give me theoption of anythin else and the other activation's are for 360' help please thanks

I have my XBOX360 linked to ME2 but Cerberus Network to log in before (EA finally linked it) worked but now it won't let me log in after EA finally linked my EA account to my XBOX360. I already did this chat with EA but she had to send this to Senior CSA in order to solve the problem and should get email but its been 2 days almost.
I would like to get it log in Cerberus Netowork again.

I dont want to pay 1200 M$ points to use Cerberus Network since I already have the card and it was redeemed from ME2 CE for XBOX360 when I redeemed it on my ME2 in-game..

Any help?

This blows gamertag is linked to another account i forgot i had. the instructions for the code are garbage its the pc version download instructions that came in the 360 version..AND the message make sure the email is the same as xbox live didnt help at all..I get it now but they coulda been alittle more helpful with that i say I WANT MY M-490 BLACKSTORM PROJECTOR HEAVY WEAPON!!!!!!! FIX IT NOW

 Any word of an update? I cant import my ME1 character, i have no DLC issues and im connected to cerberus network. Unfortunately, I overid my save with the last battle with Saren. But I did start a 2nd playthrough utilizing the "select Id" option when you start a new game. Im currently 55 and on pinnacle station. with a quarter into the game. I did notice when I checked my saved files in HD , There's a "A" next to the new save file. Yet, I cant Import my ME1 character. What should I do?

I signed up with this email account to start up DA:O, but when I logged into the account on here (same information from DA:O, I used my email as shown in this profile) it has no gamertag to show for. Is there anyway I can verify my Gamertag to this profile?

Seeing as neither Bioware nor EA have given us help or an answer, I have come to a conclusion. They don't care about human error or their customers. It's pretty unlikely that they will reset the codes gven to those that have pre-ordered the game (myself included) or even talk one on one as a voice-recorded automation will suffice for them. This will be my last Bioware/ EA product I buy until their customer service improves. I've been trying to get ahold of someone for five days now and so far, no one or just a cancellation of a request to get ahold of someone. Goodluck all, I'm done with these money grubbing companies.

Don't blame Bioware. Its all EA's fault. EA chose to make us jump through all of these hoops, not Bioware. Thats precisely why they have such a bad reputation. For being unreliable, forcing games out when they're not ready only to patch it up months later, and being extremely cocky.
