This is seriouly BS..... I went through all the trouble in the world to get this content. First, i was unable to reserver my copy at my local gamestop. Then, i had to subject myself to ordering online for the first time. And we all know the worries that come with that. Now the day finally comes and i recived the package at the door... YEAH!!!! Come online to register my content and don't get it... I'm sorry bioware, but i'm extremely disappointed

THIS is rediculous...I've been on hold with EA support for over an hour and a half not to mention i was in line for there online chat support TWICE and got booted out riiiight when i got to the end. (it saying "the request has been cancelled) for some reason even though my Live account is set up with the email that THIS account is also set up to it says my gamertag isnt registered to this email...so not realizing this i put in the cerberus code and the code for the gamestop pre-order stuff...and now im stuck with nothing...ugh...

How do I find out my account that is assigned to my xbox? I made a new account thinking I didn't have one and when I add a Persona it tells me the game tag is already used. Sucky thing is I redemed my items on the new account not my Xbox live account. Please help me.

I'm confused why people aren't doing this and going through this entire EA persona gametag mess. Does redeeming In-Game not work?

The problem is this! Many may have bought a game from EA in the past (like me). Not remembering years ago having the XBOX account for the game. I decided a few months ago when I bought a PC game to setup an account. Then after getting Mass Effect 2 I redeemed my codes to the PC EA account. So my gamertag does not match and there is NO EASY way to undo a gamertag or undo a redeem code on the web site. SO WE ARE STUCK. This is obviously something that should have been thought of and could easily be added to the EA/BIO websites.

So i got my cerberus working w/ out any problems! I wasn't even aware many people were having problems, but i have a question. I wasn't aware that you had to enter your Xbox LIVE e-mail account, and not your own personnal e-mail. So i entered my code for the Terminus gear. Nothing happend. So I had to create a new account w/ my xbox LIVE gamertag e-mail. SO do I get my Terminus gear or not? I pre-ordered and There was nothing telling you to enter your e-mail of your gamertag. So the thing I'm worried is I will never get my bonus pre-ordered gear. So the point I'm trying to get across is: will i get it or not?

Question:
 What if you have 2 xbox live accounts on the same xbox. The primary live account is linked to cerebus server/EA via one Email address and using the included code. The second xbox live account is linked to another EA account in game using a differnt Email address.  Can I log out that account and have it linked to the first accounts email so we both acces the server? Or does it even matter as the content will play for either Gammertags?

WORKAROUND FOR THOSE WHO GOT THE CERBERUS TERMINAL TO WORK BUT FAILED 
TO GET TERMINUS EQUIPMENT DUE TO USING A WRONG EMAIL ACCOUNT

This was suggested by theturtleking in another thread and it worked for me.

"If you were like me and redeemed codes online, but then somehow you put in the
wrong email when the game prompts you to make/log into an EA account when you
first boot it up, I have a solution. I just used another one of my Xbox Live
accounts (it can be silver, you can probably make one if you don't have an
existing one) and went into Mass Effect 2. It prompted me for the account again
and this time I put the right email. Bam, could download all the stuff I
redeemed codes for. The cool part is that apparently, the 360 recognizes any DLC
you have downloaded, regardless of the profile, so I was able to access the DLC
in my originally screwed account, even though I downloaded it from a different
account. So, DLC in my real profile; that made my day. I hope this information
will be of help to others."

Some notes:
-When starting Mass Effect 2 with your second profile it will claim you have to download the Cerberus Network for 1200 points. As long as you got it working with your first account, ignore this info and go to the main menu of Mass Effect 2. The Cerberus Network computer on the right should be accessible. As long as you have used the correct e-mail that corresponds with your EA account you should now see Terminus Armor/Weapon as a download option.
-Once downloaded, if you are like me, you will probably now want to go back to your original profile. Go ahead. You may initially worry when you access the Cerberus Network and find the Terminus Armor/Weapon download missing. However, when you start the game you SHOULD find the Armor and Weapon in their appropriate locations. You can find Shepard's armor locker in his room on the Normandy and the Weapon near the Galaxy Map in a back room.

you start Mass Effect 2, there are two computers on the main menu.  The

PC Collector's Edition Issues :

aware that some PC Collectors’ Edition Cerberus Codes are not working.

of you may be looking for Zaeed as a way to check your Cerberus
Account.  Zaeed is being propagated to Xbox Live as we speak and will
be available mid day tomorrow (MST).

Timeouts:
Some
users are reporting timeouts or connection drops to Cerberus Network.
We are actively pursuing a fix to this and will update everyone once it
is fixed on the server-side.

General Cerberus Issues:
If
you’ve entered your Cerberus Activation Code through the web interface
and have played other EA Games with EA Online accounts but are not
seeing the Cerberus Mission Computer open on the main menu.  You’ll
need to contact EA’s Customer service line to ensure that the Gamer Tag
in Xbox Live is associated with your EA Online account you’ve used to
activate Cerberus.

-  When playing Mass Effect 2 you must have Miranda and Jacob in your party to witness dialog

- You must play and finish the Mass Effect Galaxy iPhone game and log into your EA account to upload the unlock

- When playing Mass Effect 2 you must have Miranda and Jacob in your party to witness dialog

Better late than never but these instructions are a slap in the face to everyone who ALREADY LOST THEIR DLC! If whomever is inclined to, dosen't fix this and make a solution so that everyone who SUPPORTED THIS GAME AND PRE-ORDERED IT gets WHAT THEY PAID FOR, i'll never buy another EA or Bioware game again. It's a shame, i was really enjoying ME2 until now.

is anyone having trouble with the terminus armor/weapon. Ive tried twice now to redeem it once on my xbox and just nore on my pc. I keep getting a code is not valid; i have typed it in exactly as it is on the card. Anyone know whats up with this?

It all has to do with EA now...there is no choice but to call them. Bioware cant do anymore for us, except provide us a place to vent...I still hate them all though...just so damn...angry

I just purchased this game new about two hours ago for the X Box 360 from my local Fry's Electronics.  When prompted to in the game menu, I created a free EA account and then entered the cerberus network card number as instructed, but it said the "key is already in use". I just logged in here to see if there was something I did wrong.  I even registered my game just before I posted this.  Please help!
