The revelations after dealing with Abelas & co at the Well. :) So well done scenes.

Finding Sera's diary while romancing her, especially...

Cassandra/Varric and romance novels.

Your trainer. It was late and I laughed so much. :(

Being near-arachnophobic irl and getting that Fade theme... and the end of it... ugh.

There's many more but I'll stop there. :D

Dragon Rodeo.

Shield bashed off a slant into the air, on top of it, bouncing around like an Avaar on Opium. Fell off and died. Good times.

Daaamn

Another vote for In Your Heart Shall Burn from me too. The desperate struggle against overwhelming odds. "At this point, just make them work for it." Some of the best dramatic battle music I've ever heard. Then the song of hope in the cold and dark. So good.

And Cullen rallying the Inquisition and declaring the Inquisitor never fails to give me goosebumps. "Inquisition, will you follow? Will you fight? Will we triumph?" So awesome. So proud. Grinning like a loon.

The DA:I soundtrack is on my favorites ones, its very amazing!

when my saves were corrupted and i was locked out of a 60 hour character

epic sadness

Really?! Damn... was it also your first playthrough?

That reminds me. One time when I watched the dragon vs giant battle on the Storm Coast it ended with the dragon actually killing the giant, then as it flew off I went over and looted the giant's corpse for some pretty sweet rewards. XD

I did the exact same thing! I also saw some enemy soldiers fighting against the dragon, like if they were helping the giant.

Plenty of great moments mentioned above but nothing beats that moment when you know you've crafted the PERFECT set of armor. Perfect materials, color, and masterwork perks to go with it

Nothing beats this feeling :D

haha :D

Aside from the all round incredible music the only bit from in youe heart shall burn that i thought was epic was when the dialogue was like:

Cullen: What of your own escape.

Herald: *kickass grim face of determination and acceptance at inevitable death*

Maybe later the Herald should have just pulled that same face when Crifyus says kneel instead of:

Herald: "youll.... youll get nothing from me....." *pisses pants*

The singing and being named inquisitor were pretty good but cheesy. Well, the inquisitor sounded great saying "screw your gods and afterlife, this is about protecting the world and things we KNOW are real!" but that was helped out massively with how the music fit so well at that part.

Ultimately though I think seeing Skyhold was the best moment. It was like "yes, much ass kicking will come from this fortress of awesomeness!"

The dialogue and plot have their moments but quite often fall flat at times so I must say a lot is owed to Trevor Morris. Incredible work really, and came to the rescue in many a scene. Best soundtrack ive heard since Skyrim, and before that Icewind Dale.

The soundtrack really gave more life to Dragon Age Inquisition.

Yeah, the music enhances In Your Heart Shall Burn alot. Overall Here Lies The Abyss is my favorite mission, but there's no denying the epicness the music gives the combat in In Your Heart Shall Burn :D

That battle in "Here lies the Abyss" reminds me a lot of the Lord of Rings battles that is awesome.

For some reason, Clarel's death really resonated with me.
Also, watching Corypheus walk out of the fire in In Your Heart Shall Burn.

Post credits scene.

Oh, the final scene of In Hushed Whispers where Leliana holds them off till she's captured.

Starting What Pride Hath Wrought and watching the armies March on the Arbor Wilds.

Judgment in a box. Was in tears laughing for about half an hour.

Your trainer whilst playing as a mage... another laughing fit.

Taking down the Ferelden Frostback (first dragon), only to have this victory enhanced by getting sh*tfaced with IB at the pub.

Meeting Sera for the first time, literally felt like one of those cheesy romantic "love at first sight" moments... also, laughing fit when she starts explaining to me what the Red Jennies are about.

Getting the official title of "Inquisitor" and thinking to myself, I am the law.

Marching on Adament fortress, not expecting to get sent into the fade, having Sera freak out then responding to the situation with that classic line, "Well... sh*t".

The beginning of the Mythal mission, for some reason had me nostalgic for ME. (I don't know why, must've been the music).

finishing off the sandy howler dragon in the hissing wastes with the last blow from thousand cuts focus ability... thing super high anime jump with twin fangs ripping motion...

in your heart shall burn was pretty epic, and as a previous poster said, would have been more epic if my inquisitor hadnt p*ssed himself when meeting corypheus...

ser barris was pretty f*ckin epic (for once a templar who isnt a dick)

leliana and company's death scene during in hushed whispers was pretty epic... kind of bugged me that our companions all looked normal with red lyrium eyes, and leliana after a year of torture looks like a half eaten corpse... yeah, either make our companions look the same as the corpse or make leliana look a little more normal...  and seriously it makes me wonder... our men killed the venatori in alexius's chamber before he activated magic, only dorian and inquisitor were sent through... so why didnt my other 2 companions kick alexius's ass right after that?

They stood there in shock for a moment, then one said, "well, sh*t. How are we gonna close the rest of the rifts now?" giving Alexius time to escape.

"The Dawn Will Come" singing scene. I really got shivers at that part and I think I forgot to breathe, it was that touching and good. The rest... not so much :/

You know, I realize the final mission was kinda lame and felt waaaay too short, but I also thought Corypheus LIFTING THE TEMPLE OF SACRED ASHES into the sky was epic.  Also Morrigan fighting the Red Lyrium Dragon was pretty dope.

I loved everything from "In your heart shall burn" up to getting to Skyhold. The ending of "In Hushed Whispers" (Leliana's sacrifice) was another emotional high point of the story for me. I also enjoyed Briala becoming Marquis of the Dales and making a kickass speech. My Lavellan was most proud. The siege of Adamant in general and Flemeth's scene were also well done.

There are also plenty of light hearted (not exactly "epic") moments throughout the game I enjoyed...scenes like Josephine's romance (dueling Otranto was just awesome), the Wicked Grace sequence or Cassandra's romance novel.

the Wicked Grace sequence reminded me a lot of the Citadel DLC of Mass Effect 3!
