So I wanted to play with the In-game flycam and tried to install it, but despite running both DA:I and it as an administrator no console appears in the game
Is it a bug and is there a solution?

Plus it's pretty damn popular so I figured out some folk know how to use it

I am replying since this thread was necroed. The DAI Cinematic Tools is what pretty much everyone is using for the game. It allows you to turn off the UI, pause during cutscenes, and make various adjustments (color, blur, depth of field, etc). If you can't get it to work, it is very important that you read the included Readme and follow the instructions to ensure that you have all of the correct components installed.
BreBoo, I'm assuming you're the same person who recently replied to this thread on the DAI Tools forum. I posted a reply there asking you to state your specific problems so we can work them out, rather than using an old version.
