I have found 3 bodies with arrows in them, and some burnt ones

That should be all of them then. If it doesn't trigger the scene when you return, you may have to load again and approach the quest from the other direction, not from the Dalish camp.

ah okay. Oh what other quests? I haven't completed the whole map for the area, but I'll try to help as best I can haha

well there is this one part not too far from the buggy area, there is a door that only a rogue can open in this ruined fort, behind the door is a downed soldier and you can talk to her for a quest, I talked to her and got the quest then I died so I have to regain the quest... now I cannot talk to the downed soldier at all?!

If you have talked to her, then the quest is in your journal. Have you checked it?

 

I know that if you're slow in speaking to her, there're only several seconds to initiate dialogue with her, and she dies, then the quest is lost.

A Familiar Ring

Description: With her dying breath, a soldier fighting for Celene has asked that a ring be delivered to her commander in the citadel.
Starting NPC: A soldier in a bunker at Victory Rise
Requirements: None
Reward: +128 XP, +80 Influence

Quest Objective: 

• Give the ring to Commander Jehan

With a rogue in your party, head to Victory Rose to unlock one of the bunkers and find a dying soldier. Speak to the soldier to begin this quest. Head toward the new waypoint on your map (the Citadelle du Corbeau) to find that your path is blocked. Claim the landmark here, then go back to Skyhold and complete the war table mission, Repair Pont Agur to clear the path. If you haven't already, start the quest, For the Empire before you continue with this quest. Move on to the Citadelle du Corbeau and clear out all of the enemies within. Speak with Commander Jehan to complete the quest.

Same for me. Right after Solas leaves the party and says to meet him at Skyhold the quest just vanishes from Journal.
