Hey bioware, I am 35 years old and have been gaming my whole life...since Atari 2600.  With that said the Mass Effect series is my all time favorite game....by far.  I also love dragonage. Have heard a rumor recently of Microsoft trying to gain exclusivity for the next mass effect game and I beg of you do not do this.  I am no crazy fanboy, but my console of choice is the playstation and I would be heartbroken if this game did not come out for ps4...even a timed exclusive.  I was incredibly happy when the original mass effect was brought over.  So please do not alienate your fans....please please please.

P.s  you guys are doing amazing work! As a lifelong gamer your company is doing something NO other company is doing...offering choices, great stories, and the most replay value of any dev out there.  Oh also if still considering bringing mass effect trilogy to ps4 I WOULD BUY IT IN A HEARTBEAT!

n7 4life. :)

I agree with bringing the trilogy over to the new consoles. Remastered with DLC included. I think I'd be set for life.

And I do hope for someone like you (Playstation owners) that the new game will be on both systems. I myself prefer the Xbox, but I know I'd be devastated if the rumor were in the other direction.

Hear us Bioware. Make this game available to all fans! Mass Effect lovers unite!!!

yep...I understand why companies do exclusives.....but I hate it.  I shouldn't be punished because of the console I chose.  Mass Effect has already been established on all consoles and pc....don't take that away now.

The first one was a 360 exclusive and it got ported to everything in time, this will be no different. Annoying, but on the bright side it just means the inevitable PC release might get more polish. And true gamers know PC versions are the only versions that matter.

EA doing exclusives and missing out on sales from multiplat and Origin? Yeah right, as if that will ever happen.

It's currently just a rumour, so I wouldn't worry.  If anything, Sony has proven that it's cheaper and more effective to "encourage" publishers to mostly mention the PS4 in advertising, even with multiplatform titles like GTA V or Destiny.  However, what could happen is that XO players play the game a little early through EA Access, but even if that happens, it'll be no more than a week or two early.

If they did, it would most likely be a temporary exclusive... like the next Tomb Raider will be.

i don't think M$ can or want to pay as mauch, to make this franchise not reach PC or PS4.

Also i don't think, it's a Bioware-decision.. more likely it's a EA-Decision. And since those guys seem to want to make their Origin-plattform the new Steam, i somehow doubt they will cut it from there.

Of course, that's specualtive but since EA is such a moneygrabbing enterprise, M$ would really have to pay huge  just to make it a temporary-exclusive-title. So i don't see this happening.

Maybe they will surprise me... but somehow i doubt.

The only recent EA affiliated game that was something of an exclusive was Titanfall and that was an EA Partners game with an extremely troubled development and not an internal project.

EA/Bioware has disenfranchised enough of their consumer fanbase as it is.  I sincerely doubt they'd be stupid enough to alienate any more people by pulling such a stupid stunt at this juncture.
