Hey guys,

So I am in Emprise du Lion and I have this weird "new quest" exclamation mark on my map and I just can't figure out what it is for.

Here is a screenshot of the location:

 

As you can see, the marker is basically in Suledin's Keep, right where the stewart of the keep is (Baron de whatever). However, if I talk to the guy, he just says that there are no news and that's it. Also, the marker was already there before I occupied the keep.

What's going on.

The only quest left open in this area is the breading ground quest (got one dragon remaining). Does it have something to do with that?

Or is there a cave under the keep? I have been searching for an entrance but couldn't find any.

 

On a side note: There is also that "locked door" marker, right at the position where the tower at the entrance to the quarry is (you can see it on the map). However, that tower was never locked for me, I could just open it and that marker just stays on the map. Is that a bug?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

That is for repairing that bridge, which I assume you did before taking the keep. When you do that, the marker is there but, you've done the quest so, there is no quest there. One of two EDL bugs. The other is if you judge Poulan before turning the quest in to her, the marker is there but she is not and you can't complete the quest.

The only things I can think to explain that Quest Marker are possibly the quest for Ser Michel (to Destroy the demon) or that Suledin Keep guy that you mentioned.

Ah, that explains a lot. Yes, I did repair the bridge first. Thanks.

 

So I guess the lock symbol is some sort of bug as well. I have a similar thing happening in the Fallow Mire.

The Quest Marker At Suledin Keep. The locked door icon is a glitch, it points to a tower near Suledin Mine where you can find a bottle of Thedas wine.
