Not really what the title says.

So, do you ever feel bad for any enemies slain in DAI? The Hyenas in the Western Approach make me sad as they whine when they die.

I also had issues killing cactuars and slimes in various Square and Enix games but killing dogs still doesn't sit quite right with me.

The spiders can all burn in a fiery pit in someone else's hell though!

Sometimes I feel a little bad for those stupid fennecs that run up against an enemy and get caught by my lightning. They all explode like some kind of fruit-filled pinata.

I get a kick out of the horrible squeals the various animals make when my horse runs them over.  Especially nugs.

I feel kind of bad for killing the High Dragon in the Hinterlands because any surviving dragonlings come to her corpse and mourn her. They don't even attack you but just poke at the bone with their noses.

No I just hate hyenas, bears and other endlessly spawning enemies that seem to pop up everywhere. I felt sorry the first time I killed a fennec though.

Yes, I do feel bad! I hate it when the dragons stumble and try to get up, only to fall back down. I didn't know the canines made a whimpering noise until a friend told me, now I find myself avoiding them if I can. It's silly, but yeah--I feel a little bad about it.

I occasionally like exploding fennecs with overwhelming prejudicial force. Like with a fire mine. Or with a longshot.

My partner ran over a mountain goat with his horse the other day and I felt awful. The sound it made scarred me for life. :D

Do I feel bad? Not one bit. I needed their skin for my coat. Solas doesn't feel bad either, I mean look at how he loves to pulverize small fennecs:

I do feel badly when a fennec or a nug gets caught by some chain-lightning or another aoe and then Cassandra just goes tearing off after them when the 'real' enemies are down. Or when I 'have to' kill a few for crafting purposes and Dorian and the Inquisitor shout out their 'on defeat' taunt lines ("Another blighter falls!' and 'One down!' respectively). It just seems like an awful lot of celebration for killing a small furry/hairless creature.

I also feel badly when humanoid corpses end up in extremely uncomfortable looking positions.

And when the dragon got down to a teeny amount of health and I just 'had to' keep going even though it kind of curled up in a ball and stopped attacking. And that was my first dragon kill, everyone dead except my K-E smashing and fade-cloaking while the dragon cowered in the corner and everyone else was dead...it was a real mess.

The dogs with their panic animations are tragic too...I'm beginning to think I should just stop looking at anything but my skills while I'm fighting. xD

The only ones I feel bad for are the Halla in the Exalted Plains. I dunno why, I just do. With the rest if them, I just adopt a live-and-let-live policy, but if they get in my way... well, I can't let them get in my way. I have important stuff to do.

I do, especially when my Quizzy yells "Die!" I don't hunt.

I refuse to kill any Hallas, fennics or wee nugs. Too cute! I will chase the wolves all around the Exalted Plains to keep them from killing the Halla. Waste soooo much time doing that.

I know this is horrible but I love the sound the baddies (humans) make when you hit them with fire. Its comical for some reason to me esp when they are yelling and charging at you and then you hit them with fire and they are like "Arrrgggg!" Run away! Run away! .

I feel bad when i am killing a bear or something that viciously attacks me first, when my chain lighting catches a halla or a fennec.

Another time when i was in crestwood in the old mine/thaig there was a nest of nugs, i walked up to them not realising i had just squashed or destroyed their nest. I started to get party comments and disapprovals about it. I felt so bad i had to reload, I didn't even have any close saves so i had to do that mine again.

War table have predator problem mission in desert. Leliana say to lure animals to other location because it's our fault in the first place. Cullen well Cullen is Cullen just kill all.

I pick Leliana and my scouts die but at least animals safe, this is what I get for being good :(

Am I a horrible person because I find that sound funny, but I feel awful when I hear the sound animals make when you run over them with your mount? :D

Once I was in Crestwood and we had quite a few bandits attacking us near a small herd of druffalo. I sent Cole over to stealth kill a mage and before I knew it, I am getting crushed by the druffalo. Obviously, Cole got confused. I had to kill three of them before we could get away. It was a freaking massacre!
