Am I a horrible person because I find that sound funny, but I feel awful when I hear the sound animals make when you run over them with your mount?
I ran over halla a lot in the Exalted Plains. Especially that special one.

Any thing that attacks me...dies.
So no.
The video game motto:
Red health bar? Kill em all.
If every NPC in a village had a red health bar you could deplete, we'd all have that one mass murderer PC.
Nugs... so frigging cute.
I am always obsessed with upgrading gear and making new gear so the more leather I can get for crafting the better.
Not really what the title says.
So, do you ever feel bad for any enemies slain in DAI? The Hyenas in the Western Approach make me sad as they whine when they die.
I also had issues killing cactuars and slimes in various Square and Enix games but killing dogs still doesn't sit quite right with me.
The spiders can all burn in a fiery pit in someone else's hell though!
Don't worry kill all you like remember they are just the result of some files in your System
Runscript killallhostiles

LOL - poor hallas! Pretty sure everybody hates the special one, though...
Not generally no. Hyena's and dogs that attack me are fair game. I feel bad about their whine when they die and my real dog on my lap looks up at me. I don't randomly attack the neutral animals though either. Well, except maybe the snofluers. I mean, they are T3 leather so....
Yeah I usually don't kill the nice ones. But bears and everything that attacks me is going down. Sometimes if I am killing a bear and small fennec gets in the way I will actually disengage the entire party so they don't end up killing the little guy by mistake ![]()
I actually only kill 10 rams throughout the entire game because of the feeding the refugees sidequest but after that I don't kill anymore rams.
I feel bad for the Fennec and the occasional nug, but mostly the Fennec; I think it has something to do with the floppy ears. Wouldn't mind a pet Fennec at Skyhold; it could sit by the thrown throne and yawn at the people I'm judging.
Edit: Oops, shouldn't post before I've had coffee. Wrong word, I do not support throwing Fennec.
No I just hate hyenas, bears and other endlessly spawning enemies that seem to pop up everywhere. I felt sorry the first time I killed a fennec though.
No problem with killing goats, but fennecs and nugs? They make me sad when they explode, especially since it seems that it's my companions who are out for their blood, maybe Cassandra fancies fennec's boots, i don't know. I'm partial to dragons too. Also, I have a theory that Hyenas are in fact Gophers and they live in hidden holes waiting to attack you.
Yeah the canine enemies annoy me the most. I kind of wish that certain animals fled if you inflicted enough damage.
Playing on nightmare just killed all the demons in the hard rift in the hinterlands (the one with despair demons etc) everyone is left with a sliver of health left. No potions left just as I'm about to close the rift three mabari spawn out of nowhere and starts attacking me. I survived but Its been a long time since I've been so pissed at an video game enemy. And the hyenas in the western approach also seems to do the spawn out of nowhere thing. So yeah I don't feel bad when I kill those annoying aholes.
If it drops any sort of loot. I must take it upon myself to end its life, guilt be damned! I need more loot!
On another note, I like how Cassandra and Varric will disapprove of killing the nug group in the dwarven outpost after all of their needless slaughtering topside, while Sera approves.
If you take Vivienne and Sera... they actually agree on something. I thought another breach was going to open up then and there.

Yeah, Cole's not a fan of that one either. I waited patiently for a companion to finish talking about the nugs, then casually put an arrow in one. Cole slightly disapproved.
Yea, poor animals. For every whale I kill in Assassins Creed Black Flag, I have to pet at least 3 dogs to compensate. ![]()
As for DA:I, I honestly think killing some of those dragons is quite mean. They are pretty much just minding their own business and then we come along and cut their head off ... after we kill their young. Back in KotOR, you would totally have gotten dark side points for that.
I'm not super sensitive about killing the various animals, but I do find it funny (in a troll-ish sort of way) how BioWare stated that our Inquisitors will not get the option to have a Mabari companion, and the first group of animals I encounter in the Hinterlands is a pack of Mabari. ![]()
Kinda feel bad for Dragons and how they sound when you get them really low in health. Then I remember the sweet loot drops and its tough ****, have fun as my inquisitors hat ******. As for everything else... nope not really. **** Hyenas and Quillbacks.
