Low: had to turn down invite from Grunt and QMR... really sorry you guys Hope to run into you guys again some time in the future. Cause today games convinced me to stay for a while longer

 

You missed a game where my scrub status was well and truly confirmed.  It's been great playing a few games with QMR, where my alt a/c contribution seems to average around 20K less than my main, but for the game in question (Cerberus/Dagger Hazard) my TSent / Tempest limped home with 99K to QMR's 203K. In my defence I didn't have any Arc Grenades and was simultaneously carrying on two arguments about Wayne Rooney (one in person, one by text) while my Turian was busier shouting 'Headshot!' or 'Textbook' and shooting thin air. We had a wave 6 hack diagonally opposite the LZ, which went smoother than any I can remember. I missiled a wave 10 Phantom with a single sliver of health left, and it felt fantastic, as they had been giving me serious hassle all match - my TSent seems to have a habit of finding himself in games with more than one Infiltrator. But he can handle it better than most, I think. That is, if only getting synced once counts as handling it.

 

The highlight of our recent games had to be the mic-using N7 12 HV who joined us for a Collectors match on Giant Hazard (we were living dangerously, searching U/U/G.) We had lucky objectives so the only real tension came from wondering if we would have a freeze.  Money couldn't have bought the enjoyment his 12K contribution gave me. Or him, by the sound of things.

My TSent walked away from Dagger Hazard/Cerberus game with a golden headshot medal A combination of phantoms trying to hide in hard cover, which did them no good against Suppressor with AP ammo and geth scanner This time, the fat TSent was the one getting complimented on his head hunting skills

 

And don't even get me started. You think you did bad? I remember this one game on Ghost/Reapers where QMR had somewhere in vicinity of 250k points, whereas I had some 30k. Granted, I was playing vorcha engineer(a fun kit, but far from my best one) and was very drunk at the moment, but man... I felt bad after that

 

What can I say... if you can't find fun, make it for yourself

High: Had some good golds today using the QFE and the Turian Saboteur.  The second geth seemed particularly much more fun as I abused sabotage a lot.

 

High: The RNG store tried to troll me with explosive ammo, but now I have only one explosive ammo left!

 

High: Bunch of Arsenal Packs maxed out my Claymore from VII to X.  Also, maxed out the AT-Raider and gave me a +1 on both the Krysae and the Revenant.

Main reason for the difference was you failed to bring a Raptor  . 

You should've heard that N7 12 novaguard after you left. Guy was absolutely elated over getting 85K credits.

Well, yeah, there's that....... though I can't match your skill. I don't think that really bothers either of us, mind. 

 

And in seriousness, I love the Raptor (even if the SP version is better) and can have fun with it even on characters not perfectly suited to it, especially when I've run out of AR amps for my Mattock. I've used the Mantis and Valiant more this time around, but it's in a healthy third place. Actually, scratch that - I have a Kishock now! 

 

The only low I have to report is that in 75 hours and 202 games so far I only have 1 Krogan, 1 Batarian, 1 Quarian....... and 4 Volusesi. I don't mind the little guys, but come on RNG, help me out here!

Highlight: Partnered up with Deerber to eliminate many rebel scum! Also, he won the award for player with the most explosive damage. Even when not a Drell, he loves throwing those nades!

Went back to silver, where life is less stressful and full of juggernauts. Nothing interesting, dropped into a full Krogan lobby with a Shaman. Sadly, there were two Sentinels so it wasn't a true Krogan party.
(But seriously, more than half of the games has a Jugg. Not that it bothers me, it's just less diversity.)

Edit 2: and two of them are friends and assholes. Leslie--nielson and XfrontbuttX. Newbie players, they started to insult me through a microphone because I wasn't carrying them fast enough. So I stopped in a corner. The fourth pug did it for them, he shouldn't have, it was the last two-three units in W10, so we had the money. After the match they tried to kick me out, but they couldn't figure out how to do it, so they left their own lobby

Confirmed my reckless stupidity. Went into gold as a Havoc soldier, with only the low N7 host, also as a grenade class. Figured we'd pick up two more before long. First off, the lag was so bad my Cryo wouldn't lock on, and I had specced out of havoc strike, so I only had stim packs. Next, the host went down so much, and since I only had a pistol, so did I, so I was out of gel by the third wave. Two more joined, but by then, I was without sound or gel, so I spent the whole game in spectator mode. 

 

Lesson: don't rely on stims if there are other grenade classes on the team. Don't duo with a low N7 with a foreign sounding name unless you are a weapons class. Play like a solo; don't revive until the team shows up. And you can't fight the geth if your sound is gone.

Highest: Got 20 headshots by W2 despite my mouse sensitivity being a bit out of wack, & I'm gonna have to calibrate it

High 1: I dropped with my Justiciar into a lobby with... 2 Justiciars !  What are the odds of that ?

 

Low : a human infiltrator joined. PUGs please, learn to switch characters !  He played decently though, so not really a low.

 

High 2 : we got Reapers / Reactor Hazard . 

 

High 3: many biotic booms were made. In several occasions, the entire area between the ramp near the extraction zone and the door of the Reactor was covered with bubbles. Any enemy passing here was rekt.

 

High 4 : maybe because of too many uses , the door of the Reactor got stuck closed at the end of wave 8. So when we got an escort going through the Reactor wave 10, we had first to complete half of the objective until the drone was stuck against the door, then to maneuver around the map to meet up again the drone on the other side of the door. It confused 2 of the PUGs who got stuck between Banshees and Brutes in the process, so I finished the wave with the other surviving Justiciar. This game was quite a fun adventure.

I trust your expertise on the matter Dr Marksmad, but not this time ! The guy was level 1 and apparently hadn't put any point into stickies yet. That's a bug I've had quite a good number of times actually, with various lobbies. I'm not sure what are the conditions to get it.

 

A few times I got the door stuck midway. It happened once when I was playing a volus, and so I was the only one who could enter into the reactor from that side. One of the few advantage to be of little size !

By wave 2 I realize that it's hacked as the host have unlimited nades, but I keep going just hoping for the right moment.

Then it's my lucky day, wave 10 and it's pizza - I grab it and don't let go for 5 min, have never been that satisfied with a mission fail screen in my life.

You serious bro, using that kind of hack? You got that coming.

Heh yeah, when he realized I had no intention to turn in the pizza he started to shoot at me and throw nades at me, got even more hysteric when one of the other pugs realized what was going to happen and he started to chase me with melee swings.

Derped pretty hard on my good morning match. Started as a duo with a high CP/N7 lvl.8 HSol on Giant/Trollectors. I went full Rambo mode and got the receipt for it. I died. A lot. It was embarrassing.

I believe I got outscored by my own Sentry Turret.

2 additional competend teammates joined during wave 1 and we finished in 18 minutes. Time for coffee and go to work.
