what have you done to your little Merc? Why did you spec your Sig Character as it is. No detonating Pets?
These changes I made on my volus merc build go as followed:
Decoy spec'd to full durability, instead of duration with shock and durability and duration, to prolong it's survivalbility against geth bombers and geth rocket troopers because, they're pretty much the only 2 units that can reliably kill your decoy while everyone not a boss type or a dragoon will inaccurately shoot it missing 100% of the time.
Combat drone I basically just changed rank 4 from damage and shields to detonate to give it versatility, for example when enemies try to close in on the combat drone, or casting it after a geth bomber does a carpet of grenades, so it explodes when the grenades blow up and does decent damage. Everything else is the same damage and shields on rank 5 and rockets at the end on rank 6
Shield boost no changes.
As far as passives go, I only went up to rank 5 this time and used the last 6 points to put in 3 ranks in fitness everything else is the same in passives, rank 4 weapon damage and rank 5 power damage.
The 3 ranks in fitness is just to survive DoT damage so I don't die as fast from a atlas rocket or a banshee warp.
Gear I went from geth scanner to structural ergonomics for fast power recharge.
Alternatively as I was posting this it might be better to go with weight and power damage on passives instead of weapon damage because it gives a faster cooldown than from structural ergonomics and substitute the weapon damage from rank 4 passive, with the shotgun amp V gear.
But I kinda like the cooldown window on shield boost because I can reload cancel off it, not sure if doing it the alternative way would give me enough time to reload cancel my reegar.
