I don't mean to sound arrogant, but I see that if I'm not playing an Ex-Cerberus kit, a PUG match I'm in is more likely to wipe against Cerberus than against any other faction. The efficient and instantaneous destruction of Dragoons (and to an extent Phantoms) that the Ex-Cerby is capable of is invaluable. While Banshees remain the cheapest enemies, Cerberus remains the most unpredictable, thereby making them more difficult. Ninja turrets don't help either.

High: I got Oni sync killed twice because of me reviving him in 2 different games. One from a sultry banshee and another from a big fat sexy praetorian 

High: I had so much fun trolling Oni and the rest of the guys in the lobby with him.

 

The only low: I didn't have enough time to troll Oni

Ultra Low: Your connection to the game was lost.  This kept happening on PC today.  It's like: What the hell???

High: cooked my team in the reactor several times, including at the 30 sec point on the extraction wave, and got the solo survival medal.  I'll be honest, I'm not sure what possessed them to think it would be safe that final time, since I pressed the button right in front of them all.

 

Low: was in a previous pug with a bunch of complete leeching noobs.  I think by the time I gave up and walked into a Banshee's loving embrace, I had about 150k, with the next person having 40k.  And score isn't everything, it's true, but when you can't even stay alive...well, that becomes a problem.  When you're literally dying and bleeding out on every wave, without even putting a dent in the wave budget...nope.  If I wanted to solo, I would be.

 

I'm pretty sure my frustration at the latter led to my glee at the former.

I don't know how you all view this site, but if you are at the top of the page on the right side under your name where is says "New Content"  I just click that.  Everything that gets posted is just right there any time you click it.  I am pretty on top of stuff and I got to see Sinful Force have enough of the Disney crap around here.  Got a warning for posting something in a thread a long time ago and made a thread to tell people what he thought of them. 

 

Thread deleted and hopefully only a temp ban.  They were on it pretty quick too.  It was very active and didn't even make it past 1 page.  He was right though.

Please let me remind you all that this thread has a specific purpose, to discuss recent game highs and lows. Sometimes we drift off slightly into congratulating someone on a high, or asking about a build, or giving some weapon advice. But all posts should remain in some way relevant to the thread title.

 

However, general discussion about kittens, other posters, moderation, Andromeda, why DA:I is bad, etc, should all be somewhere else. Like with other long running threads on the forum, it would be a shame to get this one locked as well because of off-topic posts and images, especially as the mods are known to be really trigger happy at the moment.

High: Just tried ME3 (singleplayer) on PC for the first time. The aiming is so precise compared to consoles, it is really great!

 

Low: I still suck.  I stick to everything like I was covered in glue.

High: I ended up in an all asari party a few days ago.

High: I played a successful gold match.

Low: Halfway through a second gold match, my game crashed.

High: four consecutive under-20 minute Gold matches with frank_is_crank and some PUGs. Day1_Player more than lived up to their screen name

Low: had to leave sinful,nightman, and ony's amazing all geth kits/weapons match to save the earth from a corrupted gem.

 

 

High: We all tackled platinum/reapers/ghost and it was a smooth murder fest. I had a few banshee heads to splatter with my new claymore 10, It was fun melting down those phantoms, I was losing frames during the last 3 waves so i decided it was best to show night man a cute glitch that can be done with the geth and quarians. I was rolling around a phantom like a volus as a geth. I was distracting her as ony finished her off because my geth's hardware was filled with gamer gunk

High: I am going for challenges so I've been extracting and using specific weapons. Right now I'm on justicar acolyte. I play silver without using powers (or barely) to focus on acolyte kills. I'm still doing better then the PUGs using all their resources lol
Also I found put the acolyte to be quite resourceful: it staggers, has an AoE and obliterates shields and barriers.

Low: my idea was to play silver without using consumables but then we fail as I kind of have to carry the PUGs. Never thought this day would come. That means my oops and gels are going down fast...

Low: got into a Platinum Collector PUG, the first wave went very smooth, then host left suddenly, and I was left alone.

High: three new players joined during wave 2, and we made it to full extraction.

Higher: Slayer with Talon and clever use of game mechanics is a beast.

The day that I got you sync killed by a banshee through reviving your dead turian corpse. Was the greatest moment of my life and i'm gonna remember it everyday to remind myself every time I die in game, at least I didn't die by the hands of a volus scumbag

High:

 

- Got the Machinist banner (the Quarians get the coolest looking banners), though largely thanks to the Geth. The only Quarian that made it to 200 waves is QME. But this is because I have only just started appreciating the Quarian kits. The QME is probably the best Quarian kit and one of the best kits overall, I think.

 

- Got through a Ghost Hazard against Collectors (GiP) without a problem. Restarted the system just to be safe.

 

Lows:

 

- Still wiping occasionally against Cerberus. Any objective waves where you have to traverse the map is troublesome against them.

 

- That feeling when you have to leave the lobby after having a tense, exciting yet comfortable match where every player held the line because the scoreboard not loading (or because it's time to restart the PS3)

High: my Volus Sentinel got himself a new pet - a skilled and loyal Geth Juggernaut. Duoed Gold/Reapers/Dagger Hazard.

Higher: if my memory serves me right, never scored 280,000 in a non-solo game before.

Low: Laggy Ghost Hazard/Reapers/Gold and me playing a Raider Valkyrie

 

High: Host quitted on wave 2

 

Higher: I ended up hosting, and despite lots of guys leaving (which is understandable) I had the most fun I'd had in while. Never played that kit on host (never player most kits on host, actually) and wow, it really changes it. Awesome. All the shots hitting  , all the powers hitting  , annihilation field working perfectly  .

High: Cleared most of the devices on a level 10 4 device hack with the entire team waxed....(gold/ghost/reapers)

 

 

Low: I had to run around the map 2 times with no missles and a banshee terrorizing the s**t outta me....and just as i thought i put enough space between me and her so i could clear that last device, (there was only seconds left to clear that last device) the banshee snatches me up just as I was about to clear it...
