High: Recently outscored a guy with host who was getting desperate in the score standings with me in 1st place and decided to use a missile on wave 11 for a kill streak and in the end I still got 1st place.
It's the greatest feeling for me, that me just purely using my gun and the powers of my kit to get 1st place without resorting to use a missile to get ahead of people in score.
I'm sure Rane can handle it no problem. He ain't no joke, he's freakishly good ever since the first time I ran into him. I've also had my fair share of pug games with him. I've always wondered how good he was since the he lives in the same country as me and has the no.1 CP rank in my country, so now I know

How do you know that was he was motivated by the same thing? Honestly? Were you on mics? I don't generally use missiles on extraction wave, but I do occasionally, without any regard to score. I know you'll probably say you 'got a feeling', but then that would mean that you were checking your score every wave, which makes you 'guilty' of caring about the same thing as you perceive the host cared about. Choosing not to use a missile for moral high ground reasons seems kinda hollow to me. Not picking a fight, I swear, just pointing out (once again) that not everyone gives a crap about score in a co-op game, and for those that do, well, all's fair in love and war, even extraction waves, I guess.

High: last five UUG games were... Huntress with Widow against trollectors on hazard White, vanilla Hsol with Claymore against Rippahs on Dagger, vanilla asaridept with Arc against Cerberus in London, fat turian sentinel with Valkyrie against Rippers on Ghost and GI with Piranha against collecturds on hazard Glacier. All of them went superbly well, with very decent pugs and although they were quite laggy, we prevailed on all of them. And yours truly did very, very... very well. No combination of enemies or environmental hazards would stop us today.
Also, no geth... that's always a plus, even if I did have to stomp them bugs twice instead.
Low: none, really, I guess. They really were a superb and very pleasant games.

Meh I like longer games even if it meant getting slightly less credits during objective waves. Ok on the kill streak, I wasn't too sure but I'm sure enough on the last few seconds he even missile'd a single banshee that did not posed any danger of getting to the extraction circle in 5 seconds I know that much. So idk could be 50/50 split thing, either he just YOLO'D it or he was actually serious about 1st place. But either way I'm still proud I retained 1st place without using a missile.
And rarely I do care about score as well. It was just until yesterday I was in a competitive mood that I haven't felt in a long while. And then resulted in me just blazing through people in score like nobodies business with just my very aggressive playstyle, a vanillia kit and a talon pistol at my absolute peak.

I occasionally use rockets on W11 to clear a spawn out of a spot that I like to keep clear to aid extraction. Usually required if I haven't managed to make it there before the wave starts.

I only nuke for kill streaks and helping teammates in sticky situations, I love seeing that gold killstreak medal

High 1: In a match with two very good players one of them apologized for killing a marauder I was about to grab 
. Played two with them, both sub-20s and pretty smooth.
High 1: A GPR FQE (who was topscoring) and me as an Avenger TGI (I was close second) made a MaleShep BoTB Harrier X TGI ragequit his own host on wave 7

A few nights ago pearl rounded a corner where 2 banshees were..and she got syncd before I could pull out the cobra..pearl typed over the chat that ..this was a test in team trust exercise and that I failed.....( me & oni were dying laughing when she typed that)......I think we all need to go on some type of work-based retreat to work on this........

To hell with score, If I'm playing against toasters, I will nuke on literally any wave that has double Primes....
Or a single prime that annoys me enough.....

I rarely make w11 with any missiles left, tho (or even w2, for that matter).
Highlight: while shaking the rust off with my long-time pal, KO, I actually managed to beat him in score.
In the four+ years we've been playing together, I can count on maybe one hand the number of times I've outscored him, so that felt good. Doubly so that it was with my standard 'Ol Reliable: Turian Sentinel/Mattock.

High point: Had an exceptionally phenomenal run with the Store the other day. I usually like to save a few million then have a shopping spree, but my consumables were dropping below 200 (I like to keep them above 200, it's an OCD thing) so I thought I'd buy a couple of Jumbo's to top up a bit, and then I thought I'd buy a Spectre Pack for the hell of it, and when that had the Spitfire VIII in it, I thought "Huh?! I'll just buy oneee!! more."
Long story short in 3 and a half million in SP's I got the Spitfire VIII, IX, and X, Harrier VII, Talon V and VI, and the Indra VIII and IX. I kept thinking of the old Kojak line "Who loves ya' baby!?"
Low point: My level 30 Siren could't take down Hyperious the Invincible. Cost me 8 Eridium damnit! 
She's gonna' try again when she has some better guns.
That one last match of the night, got into PUG with Rane. Which i believe the 3Rd time ive pugged into him. Excellent player btw.
Host had it U/U which of course led to trollecters. Hard freeze wave 9, sorry Rane, hope you were able to curry the noobs to victory.
Yeah, got there in the end though I had to clutch wave 10. You know I think they didn't even know to 'mash' the button when they were downed to extend their life. It's a pain in the ass when you leave a nice posi to go and revive them and they bleed out before you can get there. It even cost me a couple of missiles clearing the dog pile off them in the previous game.even.
Still they were trying, so it's all good.

Low: Hosted a public gold lobby on FB White and Reapers. Made it all the way to wave 5 without much issues and had a bit of fun with the volus protector vanguard. But, nobody joined. Been having trouble finding matches and nobody joined? Isn't this place supposed to be easier to pick up some pugs than on Wii U? Got boring when nobody joined. Bled out and decided to keep it that way.

If PC is like PS3, there are times of the day where there just isn't players. The naysayers here all deny it because they play at peak times. There ARE dead periods.

On weekends, there is a flux of players that absolutely want to host. They just must host and refuse to play off host. While on weekday, I frequently drop in GiP on wave 1 or 2, on Sunday, it is usually GiP wave 6 or 7 and sometimes there is just one player there. I tend to quit when dropping in GiP after the end of wave 3.
These days, it seems that everyone and their grandma thinks that their internetz are good enough to host. Well, they are not. Pings are horrible and there are lots of lost packets especially in some areas in the US. It makes sense because most people just watch movies over Netflix and lost packets don't matter but speed is important. So, I usually do some solos on Sunday night. If I host myself, it means long-long wait for at least 15 minutes to fill the lobby and then, somebody joins from New South Wales with 400 msec ping and that ruins the game for everyone.
tldr: Weekdays are much better.

Low: so yesterday something horrifying and almost life changing happened in my life...my rabbit almost got killed, I was quick to the rescue and now he is sleeping on my lap safe and sound, I was pretty stressed out, so i drank, During my drinking i played a couple of games with nightman, ony, supercognito, and QMR. I was playing as a shadow and wasn't doing very well because RNG has granted us Reapers/Hazard Glacier, In my drunk rage i nuked husks and swarmers, Later we tackled plat, i atleast contributed and didn't ruin everyones fun. I then fell asleep.
High:I had the most wonderful dream, I was slicing banshees into little pieces and killing 50 feet tall cannibals, I was so happy to get my Vengeance

400ms is a GREAT ping for NSW. Best Ping I ever got for anything when I lived there was 300ms
Also, everything you said about hosting is EA's fault. This game is nigh-unplayably bad off host. I fking hate everything about it playing off host. Nothing works right, everything is delayed, half of the things you do do, don't happen at all, or happen at some random time in the future, sometimes the next wave. You are right about the laggy players ruining the game for everyone. I don't want to tell people they shouldn't play the games they like, but they are ruining it for everybody else, even the host. Australians and Russians should get their own servers so they don't lag everybody else's games.
tl:dr I love the game on-host, I hate it off-host. My connection is pretty damned good (almost non-existent ping, almost always 25mbps both directions, usually 35-40) but the game's coding makes playing off-host fking awful.
