Ah, you see. As the Emperor Penguin, I start the ceremony. It begins with a game of ice hockey, but the teams are 100 vs 100. Then starts the legendary penguin ball, which involves a lot of dancing. Then we do some ice fishing, and use the fish to make a marvelous feast. Finally, we settle down for the reading of the penguin tales of old. It's a great event. The highlight of everyone's year.

High: Two silly games with Brannigans 1ove and ctc91.

 

Low: no video due to lolXBOX360.

 

Game 1, anti-Geth.

Volus Sentinel (Combat Drone, Decoy), Salarian Engineer (Energy Drain, Decoy), Turian Engineer (Sentry Turret, Sabotage) vs. Geth on Jade.

 

High: watching a Geth Prime spin in place as it didn't know whether to elbow our Drone, one of two Decoys, or its own Drone due to Sabotage.

High: extraction wave, everything kept spawning in the Burning Lab and getting murdered on its way up the stairs to us.

Low: eventually we had to extract.

 

Game 2. Shockwave!

Batarian Sentinel, Krogan Adept, Human Adept. Two of us also used Venom shotgun for additional screenshake. vs. Reapers on London. (We should have done Giant Hazard for more screenshake!)

 

Low: not nearly enough double Biotic booms due to constant Shockwave spamming without using our other powers.

High: watching Brutes and Banshees get staggered back away from people when we did set off a super-powered Biotic Explosion.

High - Started a silver duo with LightRobot, and then the LoonySpectre person joined in too. It was a very easy game. Reactor/Cerberus. The reactor closed a few times on us but I managed to survive being cooked.

 

 

Low - Then we decided to go on to plat. As soon as I saw the Ghost/Collectors combination I was like "****, this isn't going to end well"... and it didn't. Wave one went fine. During wave 2 we got stuck in one of the container things, and promptly surrounded by all manner of enemies. I think everyone was sync killed? I managed to survive because I died just before the killing move, so was able to gel. Then I kind of got stuck in a gel loop where because there were so many enemies I just kept running like a metre, dying, gelling, dying, gelling, dying, gelling, dying, gelling, dying until I finally got free of the damned container thing, tried to get to the extraction area place for some cover, but my spec ops packs weren't working because of lag. Then I had to leave XD Not that I was exactly arguing with that mess of a game XD

[Quarian Master Race]

High: Ninja'd into the lobby of and got curried by howyummy. GGs and thanks for the curry, especially in the ****** shitpile cheating toaster scumbag game on Rio where I ran out of rockets on w1.

Low: ****** cheating scumbag geth still exist as a thing in this game

Another silly themed game with Brannigan, ctc91, Drake: melt everything. Using only weapons that melt people, so the Particle Rifle, Collector Sniper Rifle, and Reegar (although nobody used the Reegar).

 

vs. Cerberus on Jade

 

High: Tac Scan + melty weapons vs. Atlas = Atlas dead in a couple of seconds.

Higher: Extraction, there were two Atlases at the extraction circle, and we killed them both -- from full shields -- in 7 seconds. (Per the countdown timer.)

Low: damn Nemsiseseses running around at the end of waves.

Later only, got roped into a Platinum credit farming game with some newer guys, Giant vs. Cerberus.

Low: 2 people departed after Wave 3, leaving me (Geth Trooper) and another guy (Geth Juggernaut)

High: Platinum Waves 4-11 Duo completed with a guy who didn't have a mic so we couldn't really coordinate.

[Terminator Force]

High - I got double butt lazered on ConAirdor as Turian. It was glorious. So was the rest of that match. I also managed to save the day on the final 2 devices objective because I had to leave the pugs dirt nap due to them making we waste all but one gel. So I made an calculated guess that they wanted to dirt nap while I save the day with TSent Turian Claymore power. Full extraction.

[Arktinen]

Highs: We had some Golds and Platinums as The Three Arks, and later were joined by one of our non-BS friend, whose name sadly doesn't match ours - where the nonmatching should be listed as a low.

 

Lows: I got synched by Shittoms and Banshees 3 times in one game (gold!), which is more than the whole previous week altogether. Ugh. Also doing weapon challenges... so can just say: Striker!! Yeaah, even with exclamation points, it didn't sound that great. But it was silly fun using it though. Sadly missed out on one last game with the guys, as started to feel sick (none of their doing).

HIghs: Learned again new tricks from playing with the other Arks, which is always most welcome -  even when I feel like I'm playing like a chump. Some day that description may get the 'u' turned into an 'a'.

[Al Swearengen of Deadwood]

High: got into a lobby with Clyde from a mutual non-BSN friend. 1st time I've had the pleasure. 2 relatively smooth plats. 1st match he ran fat Turian Sent to awesomeness. He also received 290 revive medal for picking me up from many face plants running my squishy Vanilla Engineer. Which, when upright, I did alot of damage, just wasn't upright much. Strangely, got hugged 7 times that match, but only 2 actual spine removals.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to A-Bomb this pug on the balcony of Condor, so I hesitated and he got away in time. But not the pug underneath doing devices.

Gold cerberus on hydra. Camping LZ with my valiant. Phantom jumped from the ground floor to the catwalk section two ledges away from the LZ. Scoped in, and shot the phantom dead mid-air all at once before she landed. Coming from years of sniping stuff in this game, that still impressed me.

[Catastrophy]

Played a nice gold match with not really well-equipped pugs. However, they had grit and that's why I stuck with them.

Just had a few games with Fuen, Xan and Fire and it was really funny and nice as usual, they really made me laugh with their silly jokes lol, they are truly awesome people, all of them

Only thing that could be considered  low: Electrical Hammer is still bad vs. hordes of Husks there it could shine with its range. Not realy a suprise but sad nonetheless...

High - since I'm trying to quickly boost my challenge points on X-Box (also haven't paid attention to these in awhile), I'm basically using it as a form of randomizer. Like I look at a few weapon & characters open that I could be doing (usually focus on the ones that give for two challenges first), then then I try my best to pair them up. Sometimes I factor other priorities, like right now I need console race done for access to TSent again.

 

Low - some pug wanted me to change it to Platinum while doing challenges with some hipster combinations, and all the pug weren't Platinum enough material. First setup being tech burst Krysae Ghost worked great (knew it would work great, but not that great), but I accidentally got Phantom synced diving in pug mess for revivals on wave 7. The second game was Kishock Ghost, and though we made it to wave 10, was a disaster and I basically had to do all of wave 8 and 9 like that, and the setup wasn't right Ghost with Incindiary explosions at all. So I wasted a lot of time on those two clutches. That and I unexpectable dropped during last hack objective without gels and... in pugging that means "Mission Failed."

But then it was pure chaos. An ABomb, who took down 4 N7 operatives. Massive hordes of Turrets . Combat Engineers building turrets on Glacier balconies, in the Hydra Bunker or under the LZs of Glacier and White. Banshees doing long range teleportations behind you.
