^^^ If you can't appreciate a guy who is barely 6 feet tall, dunking on a guy that is 7'2'...and not compare that to a volus taking down 2 praetorians by his-lonesome...I can't do nothin 4 ya man.

Kept a lobby going for plenty of games today, so that's good. Just wasn't too happy with the pugs I was playing with. Wish I had the 1 vote kick feature of PC hacks.

Lobby put me into a GIP geth/white/G in the devices wave. Team down with one to go, my time to shine. Device was in the open, surrounded by primes and pyros. I waited for them to come out to me, but they wouldn't move, so with one minute to go, I equipped rockets, ran in and used three to kill them all. Game respawned them right on the spot. Three more rockets and killed them all again. Respawned right there again. That's all she wrote.  Sometimes, you can't win.

I've been watching some fun spawn stuff with how close enemies re-spawn in solo runs. I happened to get white/geth recently and was not amused that the hunters were literally spawning in the same footprints as the ones I just killed. I was standing by the stairwell to the right of the upper room and literally watched five hunters (geth scanner) continuously spawn as fast as I could de-cap them right on the other side of that corner. Most of the time it's more obvious with husks/abominations. I sure as hell hope Frostbite used in MEA doesn't pull that same stunt.

Yeah I swear on wave 3 6 10 & 11 they try to spawn as close as possible.

High - Had a nice game with Arktinen and someone called... D Dog or something? I have no idea, can't remember XD Anyway, I didn't contribute to the conversation a great deal because I was messing with the voice changer most of the time, doing my Darth Emperor Penguin voice or my normal penguin voice, both of which are really hard to understand apparently. Still, it was nice to get a "HAIL THE EMPEROR" I was also tired from work, and I got nervous when I realised there was someone else in the lobby so I didn't sing. It would have also woken my family, so that's not so good either.

The games were fun, though. I stayed with the same class in both (obviously). Many explosions happened. Many melees were exchanged. I got distracted a little bit. I mean, I was stood next to the drone and then I saw a bunch of Marauders, so I started shooting them, then there were MORE Marauders, and then by the time I was done I had about a dozen dead Marauders at my feet and the drone was elsewhere. So yeah, sorry about that. I was defending the flank.

The games were also defined, on my end at least, by overheating. I'm used to a Lancer with a 102 round magazine. Mine has like half that XD So yeah, I kept shooting things, they didn't die, and then I overheated. That was the trend of what was happening.

I also realised how much I roll. On the PC, I don't really notice it. But I'm almost ALWAYS rolling around the place. And then there were moments where I did a little jump dance but apparently no one noticed.

THEN I started making popping noises into the microphone... no idea why. Just something I felt like doing.

I felt like I was being teased when the D Dog (can't remember the exact way the name was spelt) pulled out the Lancer X. That was mean. I'd trade every other class in ME3MP to have that on the PS3 XD

I think I missiled a Banshee or two... I think that was after the Banshee grabbed me from like ten metres away. So revenge. I also used my last missile shooting a Prime, because I ran into it, and decided I couldn't be bothered.

On the first wave of the Geth/Reactor game, I think I must have strolled past all the enemies without them seeing me or me seeing them XD Because I wandered past, then I did a loop of the map and that was apparently where they had spawned. So blind machines, blind me basically.

I have no idea how, especially with the Lancer I, but I managed to topscore on the Reactor game... I said "I have no idea how I managed to do that" as soon as the leaderboard came up at the end. Not sure if anyone understood me though, because I was obviously speaking penguin.

I also changed the colour of my Quarian from purple to white so it matched my PC Quarian. And I thought 'black and white - penguins are black and white. Awesome'. So even though I may not have been killing many things, at least I was a nice colour XD

So yeah, quite fun games. I think the highlight though was that Banshee. It made me laugh. Obviously you couldn't hear me laugh because my mic was messed up at that point But yeah, it made me laugh. I thought it was hilarious XD

And yes, by the way, I was flashing. Not for any particular reason though. I was just doing it for fun. I'm easily amused.

So yeah, sorry if I came off as quiet. Well, I'm kind of quiet. But sometimes I can just talk and talk and talk and talk... but obviously not then

At least the Shadow PUG wasn't too bad. Could have been worse. They went down a few times (I think one was when we were in the hack circle? I rolled into the little closet thing and revived them by accident. I would have done it anyway, but I didn't mean to do it THEN.

At the end of the last game with like 20 seconds to go, I was surrounded by Pyros and Hunters, there was a Geth Prime stood at the top of the ramp messing me up and there were like 3 rocket troopers sniping me. I couldn't get out of cover XD I was like "Okay, I'll just wait for an opportunity-"
Then I died.
But I managed to gel and ran to the extraction zone just in time, so all was good.

Low: couldn't purchase game for Xbox 360

Even lower: I was in an elevator today with 4 women and they all objectified me based on my appearance. They spoke directly to me about how unattractive I was and that I needed to do something about it. FML

Lowest: still stuck with the shuriken until I get a better weapon from the store.

Highs: GGs Penguin, glad I finally managed to get a few games in!   So boom. Much Lancer overheating. Very cheese.

Had fun indeed, and very easy games all round. I could've changed my grenadehappy Krogan for a biotic instead, on one of those White games but worked effectively as is. Ddawg is an old friend, who's always laid back and chill to play with. (He was saying it was nice playing with you too, but you managed to pop out the lobby right before that.)

And really don't worry about getting distracted during some mission, it happens - but I reserve the right to tease people when it happens, because I'm mean like that  .

 

The penguin voice was easier to understand than the Sätänic underworld pitch on mic. Cleary you can go so low that it sounds like the Voice of Garbled Doom. Oh, and the popping sounds sounded like a duck at my end. Nothing wrong with quiet, have friends from both ends of the spectrum.  I'm equally happy playing with people with no mic or just quiet - then again sometimes it seems like you can't even get a word in with everyone talking all game long.

 

We have one other friend who flashes us in the lobby, too.  Be careful how you phrase it here though.. this report of 'flashing' will go interestingly well with your Salmasrac game the other day, with 'taking it all off' or what was it...

 

Lows: Forgot to set the Reactor to Hazard, for frying teammates geth. And the 5+ meters away banshee magnetic hands that got Penguin in her loving embrace. I saw the poor Quarian dangle in the air alone, I thought she was having a seizure of some kind.

Yes, I know! Finally My Lancer was overheating an insane amount XD Like after every enemy I killed. I just had to make it work.
 
Ah, yeah, he was nice to play with... I kind of did pop out of the lobby though. I decided I needed to come here.
 
I would have come back to the drone, but I couldn't get away XD Every time I killed one, ANOTHER turned up. At the end, I just fired a quick burst in their direction, threw a grenade (which I did whenever I overheated. Like I would overheat, throw a grenade, THEN reload to try and keep the damage going. Not sure how effective it was though XD) and then ran back to the drone.
 
Ah, yeah... my voice is quite deep anyway. Like really deep... it never did the whole voice-breaky weird sounding thing though, but neither did it go deep overnight. I suppose it's always been deep to some extent XD Anyway, yeah, deep voice + deep voice changer (although to be fair, I had it on -3? So it wasn't like on the lowest setting or anything). To be fair, in the games I was just happy to listen. I do that sometimes... I can talk to people like a lot occasionally, but the rest of the time I'm just happy to listen to what is said rather than contributing myself. Don't know why. I have a general tendency to listen rather than speak.

Oh, yeah, I forgot about the dirty minded people... Once again, I confirm that my Quarian was fully clothed. She may have stripped for SalInfMR and now she flashed for Arktinen, but she remained clothed entirely. Promise.


I WOULD have liked to toast the toasters, but that was just for irony's sake... I don't mind having non-Hazard Reactor, so it wasn't a problem for me.

That Banshee XD It was great. Not a low point, a high. A lot of Banshees were chasing me in that game. That one though was fun. I knew it was kind of chasing after me, so I ran away and killed a few Husks while it jumped... next thing I know, I'm dragged back across the landing zone of White and sync killed. Hilarious. It was the last enemy in the wave too. My poor Quarian though... one minute she's killing Husks, then she has a Banshee's hand inside her It was a sad, but funny moment.

Low: disconnected from ea servers very game before I received any credits/exp. Just going to laugh it off. It could be worse. The shockwave hit detection not registering some games was pretty annoying as well.


High: played some decent gold matches where people primed and I detonated. Lots of fire and bio explosions. Wish they had mics, not as much fun having 1 sided convos.

Seems there is a lot of L2Shockwave still in the BSN.

Sure, the hitbox is horrible, but once you understand how it works, and aim it accordingly, it's quite the reliable power. Unlike some others I could name.
